Just have to say though that helmet infuriates me.

Hey guys I could be wearing my helmet and protecting my most imporatant organ from attack but I would rather set it on the ground next to me.

The base is from metal plate and hips plastruct plate

Really good job on the painting, but there is something 'off' with the way the hips/legs are posed, I can't quite put my finger on what it is, whether its the proportions or actual pose. It's pictures 4 and 5 I notice it more in though. As I said, awesome painting though.

Overall, the model is very well done. The painting is neat and clean, and the NMM is done quite well, though your light source seems inconsistent. You've got some light on the up parts of your gold, yet some of the silver on the bolter seems to be lit from below. It's still very nice blending regardless, and highly commendable.

I'm not a fan of the face, however. Something about it seems a little off to me, as though some of the detail got lost on (his left) the left side. Again, the flesh tones you've achieved on the head are very well blended and the detail I can see is nicely done.

Definitely a model to be proud of.

His left leg looks a lot longer than his right leg, and the face is way too blended, you can't pick out any of the detail. Other than that, some awesome work, you do justice to a great model! (However, I agree with the part where he'd look better with his helmet on)
