It took me way too long to paint those models, but the result is pretty good so I don't feel like I wasted my time.

And it's faster to paint, in addition.

Hello all !

I've painted something special today... because I have no idea what I'll do with it.
A friend gave me a Dystopian Wars tank and told me "paint it if you want". I grabed a pot of green paint that I don't often use, basecoated it and started from this point.

The photos are not as good as I would like, but I'll do better ones once the base is done.








It's quite small, around 3 centimeters long I think, but it was really fun to paint. It changes from infantry models or 40k scaled vehicles and it was a good opportunity to try some Ammo of Mig products that I just ordered.
What do you guys think ?

Looks really good Minus, really like the weathered look.

I love the streaking on the armor plates and the little glowy bits. Put something that looks like a bomb on top and it would make a great squig bomb. Or perhaps the top half of a meched out human and it could be a servitor w/ heavy bolter!

Impressive weathering considering the size! These are same scale as Epic right?

Nice ideas Gits. I think my friend would prefer that I start an army, but your suggestions are more likely to happen. This, or I keep it on my desk because it looks cool.

I haven't seen Epic models for many years now but I think it's a little bigger (but still really small compared to a 40k vehicle). Fluffwise, this tank is way bigger than an Epic one, it's like 40 meters long or something. The model itself is around 3 cm long.
I made a shot with an Ultramarine, for scale comparison. The base is only temporary, to put the tank on the same level as the marine.

Heavy bolter servitor... definitely.

It would indeed be perfect for this.

New day, new project.
Today I started painting 2 characters for Alkemy.

That's an early WIP, but the bases are mainly done so we can imagine what they will look like in the end.
A Crow shaman on the left, and an Aurlok female leader on the right.

You seem to have quite a few models with their arms in the air. The bear and now this shaman guy seem to "have had it up here". lol

Anyway, great work all around. Always a fan.

I didn't even notice it.
But it's alright 'cause I painted the Dystopian tank in between, and he doesn't have his hands up in the air.

I finished painting Tamel'Seh today. Wa ya Wa Wo... well the female Aurlok had a little accident so I needed to repair what needed to be repaired before I could continue painting her.
Tamel'Seh is a really nice model, and though it took me ages to get painted (mostly due to all the feathers) I really likd it and I love the result.

Yup love the way you do the skin on these guys, stolen it and been experimenting on my orks, works well. Not as excellent as yours though.
