Well, I'm here still. Just laying low, but not gone!
It´s been a while. Summer, some outdoors, some vacation time. Work's been a bit hectic too as of late - in a good way, meaning mostly a nice load of it - but demanding nonetheless, crazy hours and getting home more tired than I had in a long time. To top that, just coming out of almost a month without Internet at home, sequel of phone lines washed away by a rather strong late-summer storm (and being too old school to post from something without an actual keyboard: I can read on a phone, and even message from it, but not write a full-length text on it)
Nevermind that: Some advancement hobbywise got done here and there: painted some more Deadzone minis - a few Plague, and a couple not-orc Marauders -, also played some with the elder Cubs too. More scenery is needed for that, so another project is starting to take form there as well.
And moved on on the commission front, too: so, without further chat, and first things first, JMMelo's just finished Grymm gang:
And up closer and personal:
Lots of catching up to do now.
Thank you for stopping by.

Estan buenissimos Lo único que te queria pedir es que cambies el color del pectoral del "lider" ( el tipo de jaqueta con la espada), para que parezca que tiene la jaqueta por arriba de una armadura pectoral como la de los otros....

Squats were not the only ones coloured as off late.
Goblin sniper from a Deadzone Marauders fire-team on the making:
And his heavy-punching cousins:
@JMMelo: Glad you approve. I wasn´t sold on the the jacket guy either, will surely try the under armour to improve the colour scheme on him.
@Vik: Being unplugged was a bother for both the Ms. and I, but awfully hard for the - teenagers, go figure! - Cubs. It´s good to be back on line, too many things run around the webs nowadays not to...
@ckig: Thanks! The idea behing the scheme was to tie them up with their uniforms, and bring them apart through the personalized dyed hair. Once on that path, and having laid out the available colours for that, the pink beard was just the way to go.
Cheers.

The smaller ones are single casts. The bigger ones are multipart, so possable, though not too flexible at that. Some flash and odd moldlines here and there, but nice all in all.
Did not have - at least, not that I noticed - any issues when priming. Do you think there's something wrong there?

¡Por Fin! Has vuelto. O ¿habés vuelto?
And been painting too. Good. Very good. Those deadzone marauder minis look interesting. That giant block of yellow is going to be a challenge. Can an Orc ( or do they say Orque, or orx? Meh.) dressed as a banana be taken seriously on the battlefield XD.

@Shazo: Bright indeed. Actually, how to tone it down a bit - need to pick up some more details in alternative colours and maybe some battle damage, too - is the problema at hand now!
@Red: Never gone, just quiet . But kept to painting (almost) every Sunday!
Orcs, orx(s) and orkes never get taken seriously, yellow or not, until it's too late. That is half their charm (Grots are the other half!). As to facing the yellow-block challenge, and how to solve it, still working on it, see above.
Client's wishes being orders - doubly so when the Client is also right - and all, I reworked the Gang Leader's body armour as the rest of the gang's:
And a few touch ups here and there too, mostly to correct slips noticed on the pics.
Thanks for stopping by.

@Shazo: Do start one, these are great. But small. Quite small @ckig: Thank you, glad you do! @JMMelo: Good for the Grymm, thanks for the Orks part. Not that bad, just many coats... @Dr H: Terrain, rivets, repurposing... Sounds good @Graven: Thanks! More Deadzone, Plague this time: First, a limited ed. Stage 1A: (Base to be finished yet) It's WIP commoner cousin: (I'd say the comparison between this two quite depicts the hard/sprueless plastic and/or restic issue) And the lesser Stages 2: (Lesser both in-game, as compared to the big fella above, and IMHO, mini quality wise, too) The game is very terrain heavy, might have to do something about that, too... Cheers.

Ah going "classic" plague I see.
As for a Grymn platoon, I already own 4 Grymn battle walkers and I use 2 pilots as agents of "Section "N"" for my Inquisition

I couldn't let the chance of painting something pink just go by, could I?

I wanted to have a high contrast spot colour on the nails, but you are right, something is missing/incomplete there. I'll try a wash on them before calling it really done. And I'll work some more on the base, too.
As for terrain, I'm all ears !
Not much done since last Paint-the-mini-Sunday, no new pics yet.
Thanks for dropping by.

And mine are darkish, the nearly black metallic armor, the gory reddish colors, LOL< My thought is the "PLague" likes to play around a bit.

Well, it's been a while. Over two months since last time over here, and very little to show for it...
Long boring story short (though not less boring), real life kept getting in the hobby's way - work, mostly -, some taking care of a bit of home chores, ferrying the cubs to and fro... The usual.
Did some lurking too, though still have quite some catching up to do. And managed to put a (very little) paint on a few things here and there, say, every other Sunday...
Got around here with three DZ Rebs:
(Remembered now that I wanted to redo the grenade pack on the back of the second guy and apparently did not get around to actually do it... Or the eyes...)
And blocking some colours on the second batch of not-Delaques:
That's all, not much, but some. Hope next update doesn't take as long as the last time...
Comments and critiques are, as always, welcome.
Cheers.
