We are creating 10 double-sided upgraded weapon kit tokens and supplemental rules for players who want to upgrade their MERCS over a series of Missions.

These weapons will have special names, better dice, and special rules. Check them out.

I get hit with a 300 dollar one during some campaign I was really interested in. Can't even remember which one now.

As I right this we only need 25k to unlock the GCC, with 2 hours left on the clock. Doable. I wonder if there's anything they're still holding out on?

This one hit hard because last month I shelled out $800 on an emergency vet bill for one of the horses. It too is okay, but that is over 1k in unexpected critter expenditures in about a 4 week period.

Yes, they said that you can add funds and add ons in the PM ,.... Even if you are just at the $10 level,...

(The $100 "all-in mission packs" is an add on, and must be selected in the PM,... There is not even a way to indicate that you want it at this point other than overfunding your pledge)

They've indicated that you can raise your pledge level as well. Say you wanted to move from Agent to OpFor,... But that you could not lower it.

Hi guys, I haven't been following this from the start but I've read through the updates on the KS + faq, but I have not found any definitive answer on what type of plastic the figures are made of. Am I correct in assuming they are some form of pvc plastic and not polystyrene? Any input would be very helpful.

It is very similar to what PP uses,... But I'm not sure what the chemical makeup of it is,.....

It is the same that they used in MYTH,... I've been quite happy with those figures.

If we buy the tabletop rulebook, will we need to purchase the cards separately?

I'm giving serous debate to upping to OpFor in the pledge manager to get all the tabletop rules. Between myself and Barzam, we'll have more than enough figures and terrain from both Deadzone and Mars Attacks to put together a pretty dense battlefield.

And a softer plastic (probably a PVC instead of an ABS) for all the security/workers minis (the grunts), these won't require assembly/glue."

OpFor pledge seems to be the only way to get the cards at this point,... They will obviously be for sale when the 2.0 rules launch later in the year,.... But I'd guess you'd have to play at least $8 per deck,....

You'll get 11 decks very soon,... It looks to be hitting the $750 GCC mission pack very soon!

Yes, they did mention early in the campaign that there goal was to make the MERCS team members out of a higher quality plastic.

This is good news - I'm in for a $10 "Placeholder Pledge" for now, with some serious upgrading later on...

I just went in for the $120 pledge. It's going to be higher on the manager but I don't want the wife to see how much I'm spending Yay for paypal on pledge managers!

Just $5k to go!!!!

I have some serious AP going on right now, so decided to sit on Opfor (the decks alone make it worthwhile) and then will add the mission add-on, exclusives and some other shiny's TBD in the pledge manager. Brain hurts from thinking too much.

We haven't talked about it much, but what does everyone think of the dice game on there?

This one should now end well north of $800K, and might even approach MYTH numbers.

Well, I remember more than a few KS's doing that in the last 30 minutes so I wouldn't be shocked. I'm hoping. I'm already going to be for at least the $100 pack and some exclusives once the Pledge Manager comes. I would be now but the wife would kill me if to much came out of our account again for a kickstarter

If only KS's could be done from paypal where all my hobby funds are. Oh well

I was just going to give it to my kid who loves Quarriors,... but I might have some fun playing it with him

I'm not big on dice games,... but it looks different enough from the other stuff out there,..... it is really just a bonus of that amazing Opfor pledge!

Well it's ticking away at almost 1k per minute. that probably won't keep up but I don't think $800k is out by any means.

Definitely thinking of upgrading to OpFor when it's all done, for the rulebook and cards alone. Dice game is a free bonus.

Debating if I want to keep all those add ons for myself, or split with Barzam.

Selfishness seems to be winning out in this case.

Very curious what those Lost Margin guys will look like.
