Last but no way least this is an ork Ski mobil, made from an old ork bike and PC one night when I was really board ……. never had a use for it till i got some Puppetwars Red Army Ork heads

Vik just been looking at my General of " The Lost Legion "
I think I remember the parts now. So here is the list : torso and legs are an old set of Col gravis Resin Pretorian cavalry Guard, he made a while ago I have a load nocking around, the head was as mentioned correctly earlier FW veteran Guard head, the pointing arm was from the Cadian Guard HQ set (with shoulder pad cut off ) the other arm was from the tank sprue and so was the bino's he is holding.
Other than that was GS braiding on his shoulders, also very fine picture wire for ceremonial braiding hang from his chest.
The horse was from the Empire Pistoliers range but 2 horses converted to get the stance, also GS for the stringy edging at the back end, picture wire for braiding again as well and brass etched eagle at the front.
I think that covers all that

actually i think this is a sweet car... to orkyfy it it could be a bit hurting... in fact i think it looks more like a IG command vehicle...but that is just me i think... the tires would work for your purpose tho...l but i might add here it needs then new fenders...
by the way... the first pic looks like a perfect way to make a flying car...:
