I've noticed a few people from Britain posting on here. Did any of you send your stuff to the British address he had on his site? I wonder who is working on the stuff over there.

I posted to the Canada office, the Sheffield office (which is a half hour drive from me) was supposedly backed up so he paid postage for me.

He got back to me and said he was behind yet again. Even thought I asked him not to paint it and just ship it out, he seemingly ignored that.

You live in Canada, he lives in Canada, the RMCP works in Canada and, you use the Canadian postal service. I suggest you start using the RMCP and Postal Inspectors services.

The deadline he set for himself on my models was Sunday. Sent an email asking for a new deadline but have not heard anything yet.

He's replied to me, informed me he's in the process of moving.

So he reached out to everyone to assure them he was going to get the work finished right before he moved? Did he say it was an unexpected move or he just thougt he could take on two huge projects at once.

Just said he was in the middle of it and would start my work in the next few days and that he's been trying to square the missed work with everyone else.

I've still heard nothing from him. Last email I received was on the second of the month telling me he thought he would be finished by the fifth. I've sent three emails since the deadline and heard nothing back.

Not 100% I'm just saying that with painting times fluctuate. If someone say around 4 weeks it could be 3 could be 5. I'm aiming for Sunday but we shall see.

This is starting to seem a lot like last time where I kept requesting updates and would hear nothing back. I'd really like some sort of an update. And pictures of my models, whether you have done anything to them or not. I'd like some sort of proof you have them. Please have this to me by Thursday or I will have to try to retrieve my merchandise by other means. I really don't want to have to re-involve the police, but I need some sort of communication from you.

Last I heard he had updates pictures for me, even though I had just requested them back without him painting them. Will let you know if I hear anything. Bulter, please send me a list of the models he has of yours please.

I noticed he has been putting pictures on his Facebook page of some Necron models. Is this an old commission of someone here he has started working on? If not I would assume he has put all of us on the back burner while he does a few new customers, even though the people on this thread have been waiting a year + to get the work completed.

Having read through this topic it sounds like time for legal action. Every communication this guy sends is always the same, it appears that he has no intent to return any of the property sent to him.

Just received a Facebook message from Sean. He said he is unpacking everything now and about to start painting my stuff. He did send me a picture of a whole bunch of HE models. Can't really tell what they are but he says some are mine. The rest of mine are apparently packed away. We will see if the pictures start coming in.

Doing better than me, I'm still awaiting a reply

He posted an ad on my local online market place, he obviously thinks he has time to take on huge commissions, yet he can't send me my single tank back...

You have many people angrily (and rightfully so) demanding photos of their work. A photograph takes all of maybe 2 minutes to take, upload and email. And that alone would do a ton to reduce the heat on you, and you're seriously claiming that?

The reason I am apparently not understanding you is that you keep changing your explanation, so it is a wee bit hard to follow.

First it was "Painting takes time and I only have two hands" and now it is "I have to wait until the studio is back in order and everything is unpacked". So you might want to settle on an explanation before you give it, just sayin.

Also I would like to point out, my brother spent hours building your spreadsheets and on top of that sent you $1000 for of High Elf miniatures, when you didn't complete the work, he asked for the high elf models back, which you couldn't provide him. You said since they were traded in you sold them, and when you were unable to complete the commission he got nothing back for them. Care to explain this to the general population, and how you plan on fixing that situation? Also having him send you miniatures to paint is out of the question, how can you expect us to trust you with sending more when you can't complete what you have currently. We have a Youtube channel based in Northern Ontario with nearly 1000 subscribers, and have great relationships with MWG and SkaredCast, if you don't start actually showing that you are fixing this situation, I will reach out to them and we will have videos going up on all 3 channels about the caution of using your services. Don't get me wrong, I would love for you to fix this all, and I would be happy to stop this pursuit, but until you actually show you are putting effort into this, this will not happen.

For all your posts in the email about "this is my job and I need this", you sure don't sound all that interested in keeping it. Especially when you tell a customer 'this isn't worth anything to me'. That's what you're telling the people who are paying your goddamn bills.
