Oh, yes, on the topic:
I really like your idea to express all elements in the "metaphysical way". That's a good one
I'm eager to see it!

@vik, I've bought more than I should, but less than I want. Has a lot to do with $1100.+ going into car repairs, $400 on medical stuff, the twins birthday(9) a week and a half ago, my anniversary (13) coming up on Monday, and my eldest daughters birthday(11) in three weeks. I have picked up a second b-wing and the imperial aces box sets for x-wing. I'm also eyeballing more x-wing related stuff, some mantic stuff, and possibly forgeworld, but must wait till funds arrive.

Till then I am living vicariously through you guys or is that vikariously?

so....I am still alive and still working on my entry...even if I am currently slacking in keeping you all on the up and downs of my work...
which brings me to this...after last time showing you the cooking devices, now I will show you the WIPs of the place were the big squigg BBQ will be happening...:

the grubz diner will be placed in the remaining ruin of an old building...(I have to say I got really inspired by Camkierhi ´s current project...)
and here are the first pics of how I started with the build...currently it got it´s first coat of paint as later on I probably won´t be able to get everything painted as I will produce lots of not reachable spots in the end...

the plan is to add a makeshift roof for that I already have added two of three stands to build the roof ...more to this later on...

It's not right for German engineering to be in disrepair, but it's a good start on the competition. My son just got 10+ Lego sets for his birthday, I actually got tired taking the boxes out to recycling . He is determined to have more than me before he's out of the house.
