Awesome work Vik! I especially LOVE the gunz! Especially the half-tube stock! I'm totally stealing that idea! The crank-up gatling is also pretty sweet!

Loving he crank handle on the Gatling gun and the look of the heavy bolter as well. Great idea using the mounting ports to swap out weapons. As always you've riveted us with the update .

The only war I want to see happen to weed out the weedy starts with some seals being broken and then the fun begins. Hellfire, brimstone and then a big party that never ends

ouch mate!... that pic....and the party after the brimstone war...you referring to the thousand times thousand apartments in heaven... Grumpy Germans or Argentinos de mal genio (de malhumor, gruñones...) will be in abundance soon enough. I just hope it is not like the Germany-Brazil game. That was just ugly. Funny as heck, but ugly.

nice info on a new weapon system unknown to me... looks vicious^^...and the idea to have a cable is something I need to test if it will be possible... good idea too!
as for the brazil Germany game... well after the second goal I actually winced each time... there is a joke going through all media ... after the first goal we actually thought we saw a replay of the first one... Good call on dropping the roller a bit.

Nice looking weaponry.

Nearly as funny as the Germany-Brazil game...

thanks, the lowering of the death roller was needed... now they actually have a chance to roll someone to it´s death

I was thinking of these old heavy guns on battleships you might have seen in the pacific war between the US and Japan...at least that´s where I got my inspiration from... I still need to do an amo feed for the gatling tho... maybe just a belt...

DEAR GOD MAN THAT IS AWESOME the glyphs alone impressed me and the amount of detail is brilliant, I also think the death roller is an interesting design kind of scoop as it kills like the idea of green green skins

Now the weapon load is an achievement in itself plus having 4 different weapons was a nice touch indeed, I am just so glad you went Ork with this one as it coming on so well mate.

thanks mate... the idea to fully go orky/grot is now deeply rooted in my head... and it is catching on too... my kids are fully orkyfied now too... everytime I work on stuff for either IG, SM or ork they always battle who gets this as HIS army...and the hype for orks is sure by now the hardest battle...

and the orky way to kill was my intention with that blunt death roller and the guns... thanks for understanding my intentions...

I also have a new idea for orky hand guns...

they are orky for sure, right?

Well, the side guns look good, Orks got paired down to Big shootas and Rokkit launchas, so the kebab would make a nice stand in for the Rokkit launcha, Oh and skorchas too! Big shootas is what the other 3 would make nice stands as weapons, and that is not bad either, I like Big Shootas, decent 3ft range, 3 bullets sent and they hit hard

Sorry about that, had not commented on the world cup up to now, but, hey, finals are coming!

finals are gone and now telly finally provides good quality entertaintment well we watched of course the final game... the kids too... our youngster oskar only watched the first half... his favourite player even scored the one goal in this game.. too bad he (oskar) was too tired to see it live..., it was a game I was thankful for that it got a goal in the actual play phase and not in penalty... I never like these... it is just pure nerve to win there... better in game...in my opinion... and oskar as a true opportunist said before the game started..."I'm for the winning team..." ...well...
thanks for the compliments mate, the details to the half track will be added, be sure of that... it is nagging at the inside of my skull to get these done... even if I am again distracted but you´ll see why...

dsteingass wrote:One thing is for sure, the Adidas-sponsored uniforms look the coolest

my son oskar specially demanded a black and white three striped soccer pants to look right for when prancing around as a soccer player...(we have matching socks and t-shirt and even some ugly green shoes the players wear these days...really...has anyone seen players actually wear different colored shoes on each foot???WTF???)

well...originally the kebab gun was meant to be "just" something like the grotsogga...but this harpoon gun is even more orky...

Theophony wrote:Big rectangular guns require rectangular bullets vik, though it wouldn't surprise me that a gro might try and puta round peg into a square hole.

well usually a grot would be FORCED to do so by a herder... but since it is still a revolutionary army of grots we see here in creation...^^... rectangular bullets...hmmmm....why haven´t they thought of that before....... remember my brickzogga?...

lone dirty dog wrote:They are totally ork weapons the middle one is like an ork tried to make a bolter

thanks mate... that goal was as close as it gets, eh?... what an odd angle... and even a left footed one from a right footer from what I've heard... what sheer luck...!

and it is still envisioned as a grot army... you referring to the rather bigger builds here right?...well the plan is to turn the tide and get the orks to be the slaves of the grots... thus bigger fellas will appear too eventually but they will be mind controlled ones... I have a cunning plan

but not only cunning is needed with grots... sometimes they too love mindless violence provided by brute force...thus I present to you my take of the deffdread scheme done for grots...

Brilliant , but my first thought f the hammer is why is the thing carrying a barrel of monkeys then. Thought that would make it an awesome troop transport, just hollow out the top half of the hammer and grots ride inside the top. When the hammer comes down they hop out onto whatever just got whacked. Hopefully it penetrated the armor enough that they can get inside and cause even more havoc. But excellent work on the rest of it as well. This is shaping up to be a dream grot army.

Now to jinx you and suggest that the grots get a hot air ballon/zeppelin for air support. Complete with grots dropping NOT-water balloons down on the enemy. Smaller scale ballon instead of imperial sized balloon to compliment Da Brik.

seems the Chinese and the Japanese have quite a lot of these themed sayings... I know some too...
I am rather hesitant to add hydraulics... you are of course right, it would look way better... but I am still a noobish layman when it comes to convincing looking mechanics...;
