I'm not 100% sure about the head, but I guess it's swappable with the rest of your range and any similar-sized ones?

The back of his head is showing his skull has literally split open from all that warp power? Seems a bit extreme...but easy to replace with a hat if you don't like it, I suppose.

The nipples are also slightly disturbing...

Well, the head is part of the model so You would have to cut it out. But as this is resin its not so difficult.
And yes the head is open and You can see a brain tissue

I just used them recently with a FW MKII torso through I actually chopped off most of the decorative bits. Works perfectly! Even the rivets are the same size.
