Final hours for TGG2 Kickstarter late pledging or bumping to a higher pledge level. Ends at midnight tonight. http://bit.ly/TGG2-Paypal
Raging Heroes is in France, correct? So the close is more like 6PM East Coast USA, for those over in these parts looking to get in / bump up.

RH may be in France, but they still work by Ranging Heroes Time. Expect them to be late.

For what it's worth, the ability to pledge or change your pledge on Kickstarter seems to have finally closed.

New update is out. Short version: pay your shipping fee to get access to the Pledge Manager.
Seems to be a needlessly complex setup, given that you have the ability to pay for extras within the Pledge Manager, so why pay the shipping fee separately?

i'm guessing that since they're using their webstore as the PM with it still being accessable to normal shoppers for the non KS stuff that it can't handle KS shipping prices and real world shipping prices at the same time

My guess is to ensure that people aren't able to pay shipping with the money they put into the kickstarter.

Which is annoying, especially since I put in an extra $15 to my KS to budget a little money towards shipping and I'm not liking too many of the models.

Same here - I am only in at the $15 level now, I don't really like how many minis turned out, I won't be buying much more anyway - and $25 shipping for a few minis?

RH might just be getting to keep my $15 (minus KS feees) and...that's it.

Yeah, 13$ extra out of nowhere was annoying. I wish they had been more upfront about it.
To properly express my annoyance, I added “Can I haz cheezburger?Jeu peu avouar in chizburgeur?” to the special instruction field.
Serves them well!

I guess they learned from their first KS and that a lot of people forgot about the shipping at that time

I bought the shipping, but aside from address or email, there doesn't seem to be any way of linking your bought shipping and Kickstarter account/pledge.

Are they going to cross-reference all addresses/emails with shipping? That seems like excessive manpower.

I wonder if they remembered the promise to the backers of TGG1, couldn't remember if I was losing my mind so had to backtrack through the updates.

'UPDATE #105 – Shipping Update + TGG2 Kickstarter FINAL HOURS + Videos + WereSheWolves 3D Prints'
'Since you are a TGG backer, 1 additional free heroine of your choice to choose amongst our TGG2 Kickstarter specially priced $10 Heroines (this will added in at Pledge Manager time)'

I'm hoping a lot of product is available for instant/first-wave shipping.

My wife is doing an entire Gladius counts-as army using stuff from this KS, and she's been dying to start painting.

So happy they're not US based... $25 shipping is almost blissfully good by comparison. With the average US kickstarter i'd have to sell organs to afford the shipping fees.

Heck, even 25 for US shipping isn't too bad considering it's going to consist of two shipments, and I know I'll certainly have a fair amount of figures coming. That Avatar alone...

Poorly lit photos of my ever- growing collection of completely unrelated models!

It is pretty bad if you're only getting a single miniature...

Wasn't there something in the email about people ordering single figures getting a partial refund?

edit:

Yeah, here it is.
→ I just want One Heroine. Why is my shipping so high?
If you end up getting only one Heroine, you still need to pay for your full shipping fee. However, once your miniature has shipped, we will refund you 50% of your shipping fee.

I do hope it doesn't consist of two shipments for those of us getting a smaller amount of minis. I'm looking at getting about 20, if that, and I would much rather they wait until everything is completed. I don't mind another six months, in fact. Almost none of my heroines from TGG1 have seen passed the primer stage at this point. I really only want troops. Running, dynamic, jazz hands troops.

just

•The Altar of the Succubi (Dark Elves – Fantasy)
•War Pulpit (Sisters – SF)

the male elves conversion bits (I wonder if they'll end up as full minis as that may be easier than parts?)

(and possibly the 7 exclusive Dioramas ? but they're $695 a set so few folk will be getting them)

Well I didn't get an email telling me the pledge manager had opened, but i was able to go to their site, hit "reset my password" and get into the pledge manager that way. It had all my store credit and shipping credit and everything, was all ready to go.

Well the pledge manager is open for those of you who've paid their shipping on time

go here

https://store-kud0xt9.mybigcommerce.com/login.php

put in your KS email address then hit forgot password

they'll email you a reset link fill it in and you're in the PM store

(unless you have used different email addresses for KS and the paypal you paid the shipping with, in which case it looks like a fair few people haven't got it yet in which case the need to chase them up)

update 104 of the original TTG project said

pledges of Lieutenant and above in TTG2 would qualify for a free $10 (KS price) heroine as a reward for backing both projects

it's not clear if this extra $10 credit has been added to peoples accounts (I suspect it has) or if you have to ask for something in the comments on checkout, or if they've forgotten (probably not)

I've emailed them to ask

Also be aware that a few of the images are apparently switched between command and troops so if you only want one or the other make sure you order based on the TEXT not the pretty picture

I tried logging in as I had paid immediately and now it shows I have a 25 dollar credit rather than my lieutenant pledge.

Odd.

Will have to email Raging Heroes...

I think you need to wait for an email. I paid before the 27th and haven't been contacted yet. I think they're... doing this by hand. 0_o
