I have put pictures from the Team North America project from Chicago Games Day on my site. You will also find lots more pics in the galleries section and a brief explanation of what and why we did this (mostly it was to create community while giving the judges a headache...according to Tim Lison we did just that!)

You guys are my new heros! Those have to be some of the best looking Primarchs that I've had the pleasure of seeing in a long time. Great Job team!

It's great to see the pre-competition organization and support. I'm a film guy, and last year three Spanish speaking directors put out Babel (Innaritu), Pan's Labyrinth (del Toro), and Children of Men (Cuaron). They are also friends and a defacto support group for one another, pushing and pushing and pushing each other to be better. This is unlike the Hollywood system which is heavily stovepiped and business-driven. The three directors argue that bickering back and forth and fighting with each other makes their films better. I, as a fan/spectator, agree. So it's nice to see the American painters decide to use the competition and each other to push the visual artistry of the hobby. Not that every year needs a "theme" to get the big guns involved in the mix, but hopefully this is the start of some good-natured competition between the group, because it's only good for the fans
