It's gone awfully quiet as of late, quite a few TGG1 products still need to go on general sale, as of yet.. haven't!

That does not bode well... I guess I will just have to wait and see if the Void Elves models I want are going to get released or not. I am glad I found other models to use as HQ's for my Corsairs...

Well, August was vacation time in France, so they should be just starting to ramp up shipping again.

It's been quiet for quite a bit longer than that now, when was the last time they added something new to their online store?

Just checked the news thread I run for their releases, 10th of May was their last release, so four months ago now.

They run more sales than releases, which seems really weird. Yeah, you got some good kickstarter grub, but are your actual every-day sales lagging?

I got a box with 2 girls in it. Pretty sure I ordered more than two. In fact I know I ordered 5. Why a delay?

Maybe their painter has a backed up worklog or something? They only release stuff outside of the discount bundles once they get those models painted.

Which is insane if you are worried about your cashflow. Which anyone should, even if you have a little extra aside.

I hope they finish shipping TGG2 before starting the KS for the game. I bought a gak ton of stuff from them in this one, but I won't consider backing another until I have my stuff in hand.

At the bare minimum, I'll need a shipping confirmation before giving them another significant backing.

I hope that means I am getting my replacements fairly soon. I can hear their quiet, bubbly giggles mocking me from their box of shame across the basement.

I guess that's you hammering on about that in the comments then..?

I doubt they're out of money or anything like that, but they'll get another injection soon whenever they reopen the pledge manager again.

Yeah that's me

And yes, reopening the PM is usually a good sign of needing more money.

I've seen one or two other campaigns (eg Cthulhu wars, https://boardgamegeek.com/thread/1535033/os2-pledge-manager-paypal-option-gone ) that have allowed significant levels of paypal pledging post campaign get hit this way too

and I'm actually pleasantly surprised that raging heroes managed to get the money back from them before the whole thing was fulfilled

I wonder if the Facebook thing was related to what I suspect was originally a personal page mutating into something relating to what looked to be a business so perhaps the originator opened a second personal page for actually personal stuff (and facebook don't allow people to have more than one page)

Sort of glad I only spent the $15 to watch this from a distance (it's not quite a train wreck like the first KS, which, btw, did we ever get the art book for that?) and didn't have to worry about funds running dry or miniatures not ever getting to me. Plus, I saved on shipping which would have been nearly half as much again as I was willing to spend...

I'll be happy with the KS1 models I have, and probably stay away from their future projects as well - they just don't seem to have enough financial footing in their business to not survive a serious KS fiasco, and if they're going to center their business around KS projects that take 2+ years to complete, then I'll have to say I won't be taking part again.

A lot of people asking for it too after getting the first wave of stuff and wanting more models.

(eg. me)

So many games, so little time.

So many models, even less time.

Screw it, Netflix and chill.

Something positive for RH, I just got my replacement Were-she-wolves from the first KS. Mine had bubbles on the surface and some other issues, and after disappearing while their KS2 was going, for like 6 months, a new customer service person got back to me and shot replacements out quite quickly. Got to my door in 7 days from across the ocean.

I haven't had a chance to fully examine the new models, but the view from outside their little baggies looks good, so I am optimistic! Plus they sent me two little coasters too, which was nice.
So Raging Heroes is back on my good side!

Facebook I can somewhat see, as some snowflakes may be annoyed or potentially offended by some of the models they posted there, it can easily be flagged and Facebook is quite swift with taking things down without a second glance.

But Google? It would have to be something serious for Google to threaten to remove you.

As for their future KS projects.. Terrain, no thanks. But the other one, the rules? As long as it will also flesh out the fluff of the setting, then I am genuinely interested.
