The leaked cover image came from the CKPM projects page but its gone again it looks like backers may get a CKPM invite to purchase this that would explain the backers discount as well.

Ultimate Survivors one had ultimate versions of the original 6 characters, and shipped with season 3

I wish it was a bit clearer as to whether all copies being sent from US or if EU friendly. It's almost $50 after shipping (with discount) and would be hit for another $20ish in important duties / handling fees if not EU.

Yeah, I'm on the fence about this one. I'd love some of those new models and character cards... but $50 + potential import fees is pushing it a little.

Thanks Dave C. I saw that you asked the question and was hoping they would respond. Glad to see CMON went to the effort to get that sorted for such a small release (shame they are getting so many negative comments in the Black Plague update though).

I think I will be grabbing this. Whilst I was not a completionist for Black Plague (some of the guest boxes did nothing at all for me) I was for Zombicide Seasons 1 - 3 plus another Troy is always good and I like the way they went with Bruce Willis.

What about OZ?

If Black Plague or The Others was Oz friendly then I would think that this would be as well but they haven't specifically said I'm afraid.

Anyone know which items to buy from the Black Death kickstarter that are the limited ones? I don't have cash for everything, so getting just what I need is preferred.

Only Grom and Thalia are KS exclusive

The following aren't necessary as there are card tokens but they are unlikely to see a retail release so get em now or possibly never

The base counter pack probably won't get a retail release but the core game has base counters these are just to identify some of the extras if you want to.

Other than that everything else in the add ons will get a retail release

So while I've backed all the Zombicide Kickstarters, I've really only played Season 1 (I know, I know, I have a Kickstarter problem). My understanding is that the balance changed a bit in Season 3, with the survivors being made stronger. Is the point of these Ultimate boxes to bring the original characters in line with the Season 3 characters?

Wow, $50 (less $10 credit) plus $25 in shipping for eight lightweight figures, erm no thanks.

As much as I love Zombicide, my Black Plague Knight pledge with six add-on boxes, tokens, counter pack and 3 sets of deck holders only came to $37 in shipping.

There's no way that box would cost $25 to ship even from the US to the EU. Given the size and weight should be $15 tops via USPS first class international.

Some of them just fix what were kind of weak design choices.
Dave's 2 cocktails are better than 1 starting ability comes to mind. You could easily play him and never get a chance to use the ability, and even if you did, almost certainly not at the start of the game. His ultimate version is more in line with how people have been saying he should have been this whole time.
El Cholo is no longer married to his machetes to get increased damage.
Eagle does something other than extra melee attacks.
Amy starts with Medic instead of ending with it, so she is much more likely to use it.
Wanda has to fight things before skating by them.

I ordered Ultimate Survivors 2 but can now not find any delivery date. When is this being released?

I believe January or February next year although wouldn't be surprised if it reaches some people by end of December.

They're splitting it up and shipping a single core game box(so if you ordered two, you'll only be getting one at this time) to everybody as wave 1 and then all the other stuff(expansion, optional buys, stretch goals, additonal core boxes) are coming as wave 2. So everybody should be receiving a core box before Christmas.
