i went with a more command-like theme for this guy, and although it may be hard to see, there are multiple layers of highlights on both the red and the black portions the red, as usual, took me foreverrrr T.T... but i'm gettin more used to it!

anyway, i'd love to hear your comments!

It looks great. To bad the highlights don't show up though. It makes it look a little flat. But still very well done. And the way you painted it, it can be used for Death Company too.

Aye, highlights don't exactly pop out, but beautiful black and red all the same. Particularly the red, yowza.

stupid comment, but if those are decals it's very appropriate use and placement.

I really like the use of the black for trim to break up what would otherwise be a big red box.

Pity the red highlights aren't popping. Looks fine as is though.

-yes, those are decals! and the gunner has a blue helmet according to the style heavy-support marines are designated fluff-wise

*blush* ty!! the decals are from the Witch Hunters decal sheet, which has tons of amazing decals including the same type of lettering but in black as well. I have nine of them left over from when I purchased my nine Penitent Engines for my personal Witch Hunters army... ^^;;
