Loved the article. I'll use it as a loose guide when I finally get around to painting my own Nurgle minis.

Thanks for passing on the sharpie tip, too. You didn't specify in the article; Did you seal your minis before using it? I've always heard that, if you don't, it clogs the tip rather swiftly, ruining the sharpie (and my experience with Micron pens supports the idea).

One last thing. I'd paint the basing materials. A painted mini with natural colored basing materials just seems to look "off."

A dark brown base and a drybrush highlight, followed by a brown ink wash (with, perhaps, a bit of static grass) would do wonders.

Always nice to see others Plague Marines so I can steal their techniques. I'm painting up a batch myself, may think of doing an article too. Great Job!

This was one of my initial critiques as well. He mentioned that he kept the basing as is because the rest of the army to that point was like that.

Note in his Plaguebearer's, he's actually finished the bases properly since they're for a demon army he's started ^_-.
