Not sure about this, Kirk looks far too......hmm.... Dawson's Creek to me, but the rest of the cast look good. Liking Urban as McCoy especially.

As for Pegg playing Scotty. I love Simon Pegg, I honestly think he is a great guy (used to work with his Godbrother, and I now know who broke Mr Pegg's Darth Vader...)
But for the love of God....does Hollywood have some kind of aversion to actually hiring a Scottish person when the role calls for a Scottish accent? I'm getting bored of people thinking I'm faking because all the films sound like a curious mix between Welsh, Irish and Pakistani!

It's a cadet's uniform. This is a total reboot of the series, forget all the canon from before, this isn't connected to it. Think of it as Ultimate Star Trek, if you know the Marvel comic line.
