Would you get the new game board?

A FW Eldar Revenant Titan? (I'd do that)

Forget the game board. I would probably round out my nid force with a fex crusher brood and more stealers...

Although that is only about 130 bucks. After that I would probably get some fire prisms, falcons, and serpents for my eldar.

The Board. Then I can play at home with a minimum of fuss. This means I can extract additional value from my armies already bought, according to my equation

(Cost of models, paints, glue, books divided by time spent, in a year, building, basing, painting and gaming) Express that as an hourly cost....

Home gaming means more gaming, means my further purchases are even better value to me.

id start a new army. or add to your army. i wouldnt get the board i feel that it will go down in price as soon as GW relize that there charging to much.

If it were me, I might just splurge on the new drop pods. And maybe another Assault on Black Reach set or two, so I'd have a couple more Dreads w/Multimelta.

Either that or a bunch of the new WH Chaos models.

10 Space Marine Drop Pods. Impossible to find used (unlike razorbacks and dreads) or to convert easily (unlike sternguard and vanguard vets) yet are a key part in any full SM battle company plan.

Two predators and Six razorbacks. I want to finish my marine armored company.

That would give me:
3 dreads
3 preds
6 razorbacks
and 2 rhinos

Its rather easy to fit it all into 2000 points with upgrades and ample troops. Just costs a bundle :( .

I'd hold onto it until January and get 2 Battlewagons, and as many Nob & Stormboy boxes as I could shoehorn into $200.

Or 2 Battlewagons, $100 worth of nob/stormboy plastics, and tuck the last $100 away for March in case the Stompa kit turns out well.

I need 20 Marines to make up two units of Shield Brethren, 10 Terminators, 26 Bikes, 4 Attack Bikes, 7 Land Speeders, 4 Land Raiders, 40 Marines, 40 Scouts, enough Black Templar and Dark Angel bits to make them look interesting, and then commanders on top.

Lot more than $300.

Well I really want some sort of portable, plastic, game board. If GW was willing to sell something like that for 300$, I would buy it in a second, but I don't think GW would be willing to let it go for so little money. :(

I'll go with the next best thing, which is as many of the metal grot blisters as I can get. Those things are great.

Either one of those boards or I'd string out my GW purchases for the next four or five
months. That would be nice.
