I think you have it except:
MECHDAR? Really?
and probably ought to be
DAEMONCRUSHER
in there 2, the piles of bloodcrushers list.

I don't think mechdar or nids make the list. If you look at the results for the 'Ard Boyz tourney you will get an Idea....
Orks
Orks with bikes
Double Lash
More Orks
Daemons
Even More Orks

Depends on the sitution. My Tau totally kill Necrons.
For a standard us tournament of 1750 I'd say both orks on bikes and horde orks with lottas are hard to beat.
Double Lash can get pretty out of hand but has more counters available.
Plus Orks, Deamons, & CSM all scale very well to higher points values.

I predict we´ll see those lists soon.
Not claiming to be a SM expert but it seems the SM dex have some potencial.
Double Lash Lists will be countered soon as well I think. The first impact is usually the heaviest.
If I would play Chaos I would start thinking of a counter List to counter anti Lash Lists now, because there will be heavy counters soon, I´m pretty sure.
Once there are strong allrounder lists with the option to bind/negate those heavy hitters aka Oblits in those Lash Lists Lash wont be that nasty anymore.
Give out some proxy time before start judging I say, even if some things seems to be damn clear.

Lysander with Terminators + Missile Launcher Devastators and a Thunderfire Cannon might be a solid build. Two reinforcements for the Devs.
After that, Tac squads with Razorbacks and Dreads? Or maybe more Terminators. The trick is fitting everything into the points properly.

The best things the new Space Marines have going for them are as follows:
Captain on a bike w. relic blade, storm shield, hellfire rounds & digi weapons
Command squad on bikes w. storm shields, power fist, meltaguns & apothecary
10x scouts split into two combat squads:
5 w. sniper rifles & heavy bolter (hellfire rounds), camp cloaks
5 w. close combat weapons & bolt pistol + power fist - Landspeeder Storm
Venerable dreadnaught (pricey)
Iron Clad dreadnaught
Sternguard teleporting w. Librarian
Cheap drop pods
What else?

Thanks for your input...obviously I am trying to think of counters....
I had completely forgotten about bloodcrushers. They are supposed to be the roxxor.
I think we are going to see some new builds out of every dex...the bike council is pretty nasty and works well with a mechdar force.
Strangely, right now I am a bit entransced with grey knights... A purgation squad with 7 members and 4 incinerators (s5,ap4, no cover and no invulnerable saves), a justicar with incinerator and attached elite inquisitor...is seeming insanely nasty. That would be 6 heavyflamer templates that ignor ecover an dinvulnerable saves...take that nob bikers!!! addin a LR and that is ...570 points or so? It can certainly lay the smack down on sveral of the nasty power units... but can you make an army around it to make it viable?

I don't have the dex in front of me but the dex does say the justicar can take items from the armoury. I can't remember if it says "wargear" or if there is a difference between weapons and "wargear." I'll try to remember to check this evening.

Isolated incident. I'd have to agree with the others that Mechdar, and eldar in general, are no longer a true top-tier list.

The Eldar have a few successful builds:
Mech Eldar
Iyandan
Seer Council on Jetbikes.
None of them are powerbuilds.

There are no real counters for it. You can slow it down, but you can't stop it.

At the top of the wargear chart, it specifies that Grey Knights in power armor only use the weapons that they are already equipped with.

This must be the worst written dex ever....
Quotes.... sort of taken liberty with b/c I am tired...
* GK in power armor may choose items from the wargear list....well trained...bla, blah..forbidden to use lesser items.
(little)#3....Inquisitors, Inquisitor lords and grey knights only.
The stupid incinerator has both symbols. So on the one hand the weapon is for inq's and grey knights but on the other hand it can't be taken. Is thera middle ground? Does the intersection of that rule mean they CAN take weapons but only ones of the type they would normally have access?
I'd say you were 100% correct but for that stupid #3!!!1

Correct me if I´m wrong on that, but Lash Lists are about 2 DPs backed up by Nurgle Marines and Oblits right? Add some Rhinos to the mix for fast maneuvres and grabbing objectives and ya good to go eh?
So crippling the Oblits would give you an egde right? Get yourself a lot of deepstriking stuff and or infiltrators and you should be able to counter those Oblits pretty well - in theory.
Or Mech stuff of any sort. The Chaos dex is around for a good time now yes and I dont think Lash Lists wont be TopTier at the end of the year anymore but I guess we will see some nasty counters.

I played against a guy that used defilers instead of obliterators with his dual lash. I was playing orks. He made a "rhino wall" that meant I couldn't get any troops in to assault him, had to assault the rhinos. Pretty clever. The weakness in the list was the relative flimsyness of the Lash Princes themselves- T5 3+ 5++ isn't that hard to take down. I got wiped nonetheless though- 56 orks dead in one turn to shooting will do that to you.

It has to be proven whether SM have powerbuilds. The Sternguard list is rather fragile. If it is not going to do serious damage upon arrival it eventually will fall apart next turn.
