Question:
Do both pics here show a Gatling Blaster (on the titans' right arms) ?
It's strange. Cause the Warlord's right weapon resembles the Imperator Titan's Hellstorm Cannon much more as shown in Dark Crusade: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hcEA5Hvi4RA
But as far as I know the Warlord is not able to hold a Hellstorm Cannon.

Well, one is an illustration, the other is a model. Plus, the illustration is somewhat upscaled.
They are both armed with Gatling Blasters, yes.

However back on topic.
A gatling blaster is a heavy 6 battlecannon, so if you are looking to scratchbuild one a six barreled battlecannon is the core concept to work on.
Yes the Hellstorm is a Heavy 6 macro cannon. Awarlordcan take a single macro cannon, called the quakecannon asan arm mount, though the warlord quake cannon doescompensate by firing twice.

Warlords aren't THAT much bigger than a Reaver. If you read Mechanicum they descirbe several titan clashes in the book, reavers still pose a legitimate threat to warlords, while a warhound is much less of an issue to both reavers and warlords, suggesting that warlords and reavers are not that far seperated.

Is that a North bound flying African swallow, or a European one?

The warlord is such an awesome design, the reaver just looks silly by comparison. The other gun is likely whatever this thing has.

Volcano cannon, I believe. The Titan pictured is Imperius Dictatio, and the painted fig looks just like it.

What the ?!?
You must be a 'newer' gamer then!
The Warhound and Reaver are awesome designs, all suitably 'gothic' and ' 40k'.
The OLDER Warlords and the very next version were nice.
THAT version is gak, and a transparent (and quite lame) attempt to pander to, I guess, the Battletech crowd?
Of course, that is just my opinion...

Even being a mamber of the Battltech crowd I must agree with Alpharius, the newer titans look too modern. I love Mk1 'Beetleback' Warlords most of all.

I think that the original Reaver is the best-looking Imperial titan design, myself.
The current Warlord looks like it owes too much to the current Space Marine vehicle aesthetics, IMO.

I'm sorry but the reaver and imperator just look ridiculous. Bugeye and castlebot don't fit the artistic style of this game at all. The imperator is just plain bad.

Nothing will ever replace the original Beetleback Warlord. Such a great Titan design.

look very carefully at the end of the warlords gun. if you look, you can see a door. And a balcony. now if those are for humans, then it would suggest that that gun is one hell of a load bigger than the tiny thing on the reaver. come to think about it, why the hell has the reaver got the rules for warlord guns anyway? the reaver, even tho its really big its nothing like as big as the warlord.

Must be for gretchin/ratlings, because it sure as hell ain't for humans. The Epic scale models aren't that big (in scale comparison to other reavers as well as epic infantry).
That image is artistic license and nothing more.

OMG, the new Warlord SU...er, sorry...
The other 'problem' is that the new Warlord's guns are all rather blah and same-y looking.
The old guns all used to look like something different.
I'm pretty sure the this 'new' Warlord came out around the same time that The Jervis whitewashed Epic to the ponit that Titan weapons became "Guns" and "Big Guns", so, that probably explains a lot...

You are correct. The current Warlord was released in conjunction with "Epic 40,000." It's strange, because there were so many cool and customizable Epic tanks released around that period.
