I was looking through the Chaos Dwarf PDF and it says that they can use common magic items from the rulebook as well as their own special ones. My problem is it doesn't list the points for those magic items, like a Sword of Battle. Where should I get the points from? In most army books Power Stones are 20 points, Scrolls 25, Staffs of Sorcery 35, so should I use it like that? I don't think it's very accurate, but I can't think of any other way to do it.

Well, since the PDF came out with 6th ed, and those items points were in the rule book, i'd use the ones in the 6th ed rule book.

Thanks. I've got another question. When Chaos Dwarfs fire their blunderbusses, is it just the front rank that shoots? Not sure why I asked this question, but I still need to know.

fluffwise probably not but ruleswise yes, the extra ranks just add strength.

I would recommend steering clear of the CDs in 7th and using counts as Dwarves or Chaos instead. CDs are not really supported.
