if you're in the U.S. and want to pick up anything from pig iron productions(which is based in the UK) then i'd like to recommend Rattlehead Games. Their customer service was top notch, very friendly and willing to jump through a few hoops for me.
i was also surprised to see that they were cheaper than the warstore (sorry Neil) to boot.
i ordered and had my new Kolony heads in about 2 days.
