An army of ogryn/ogre/trolls would be nice for 40k. Lots of tough smashy infantry and monstrous creatures with a few pieces of tech sprinkled throughout would make me happy.

there seems to be nothing very interesting there. Some tournament events, Planetstrike, plus random Games Day stuff like guests of honor, the FW queue and so on.

The most "interesting" thing is the Games Day t-shirt which will have the "big secret release" for September printed on it.

What gave you that impression, especially when the thing you linked to has this:

"-Some local stores are only getting one shipment; when that sells out it will no longer be available.

-You can't advance order it. You have to be there on the day to get it."

Doesn't sound like a GD-only release to me, sounds like a general store release.

Did this "shipment = september" say i 'll get it or did it mean I'll take a look and decide if i get it?

Let us rephrase it from "GD release" to "have a look at the possible release" then.

Would be not too much to ask from GW to have some available at GD.
Its just 16th august vs anytime in september.

Obviously, this is a ploy for GW to clear out their last remaining stock of Bommaz Ova Da Sulfa Riva in a new box:
- totally unheard of
- limited run
- standalone set
- only one shipment
- no reorders
- no advance orders
- not planetary empires
- a board game
- very few GW still remember this game
- 40k-related

And definitely GW is setting us up "Da Bomb!"

So, if GW allows to look at something in august and they sell it in september, visiting the site where they show it could help to decide
if its worth buying. I'll leave it at that.

I've been trying to buy the Imperial Guard hard cover book for months (can't remember the name of it) but every time a copy comes in one of the employees buys it and it can't be ordered!
