First one here. Originally intended to be about to hit something with the raised fist, but I think it looks more like he is waving comrades forward now.
One leg slightly sawed bent a lot, but not cut off or pinned.
Right hand completely rebuilt to be able to hold either a Wraithsword (yet to be built) or Shooty Weapon.
Scatter Laser pinned to opposite side of old-style power plant on back.
Head is deliberately pointed a long way forward.
All joints pinned and green-stuffed.
This was the first thing I ever pinned. I enjoyed it a lot and made me want to do more.
Two more to follow... for now!
(Another 8 waiting to be built!!)

This one is one I have had since about 1993. The legs have only a very slight repose, but I think it makes them look much better. The hand has been sawn off, pinned, bent back and the thumb repositioned.
The double weapon on this model will be fixed, but on other models I may magnetize.

I'll edit in some blurb later. Got to go out now.
Edit: With this one, the major part of the job was to cut the right leg off at the knee, pin it back at a greater angle and pose. Part of the foot was cut off and re-attached in order to curl round barrel very slightly.
Everything else was just positioning. The arms don't look great, but it is more hassle than I can be bothered with than to cut them up too.

last 1 is passable but i think the pose is to human for a creature with no eyes. the first two are just, not so good. why would a wraithlord wave and im sure its gun can support itself

Umm, wraithLORD, rgiht? Not Wraithguard... Other than that, good job. The reposes are subtle, but effective.

Wraith lord have no senses they see and hear through phsycic stuff ( not sure fluff wise) so they would not generally tell other wraithlords to go over there as they would already be aware or could not see him telling them.

The first WL's raised arm looks a bit unnatural to me. Way to take the initiative on a one of the crappiest, most static and oring poses in the Eldar history.

The first on was supposed to be about to hit something standing in front of it. When I first posed it, that is even how it did look. Sadly, after final pinning and GSing, it looked subtly different.
I figure it is waving on some guardians or something. It still beats the original static pose.
I love the wide receiver quote. Maybe I could use him as a big guy in a game of futuristic Blood Bowl.

These are great I've always loved the Wraiths both Lord and Guard and to convert metal this way takes a lot of skill and practise I am impressed well done.

"But me no buts! Our comrades get hurt. Our friends die. Falkenburg is a knight who swore an oath to serve the church and to defend the weak. He'd be the first to tell you to stop puling and start planning. Because what we are doing-at risk to ourselves-is what we have sworn to do. The West relies on us. It is a risk we take with pride. It is an oath we honour. Even when some soft southern burgher mutters about us, we know the reason he sleeps soft and comfortable, why his wife is able to complain about the price of cabbages as her most serious problem and why his children dare to throw dung and yell "Knot" when we pass. It's because we are what we are. For all our faults we stand for law and light.

I do like the new ones, but I can pick up the old metal ones for between £6-8 on EBay, so my force of 11 has not cost me all that much...

For the record, that was supposed to be a "Nice conversion work, bud." sort of post. I like seeing people customize those things. I did the same to my metal WL. I also thought the Warwalker was one of the fugliest models GW made, so I converted mine into 4-legged walkers.
So, yeah, despite the odd arm, good work!

This I gotta see.
The old WLs are a real pita to repose. I just finished one. The pics are in my gallery. Yours look pretty good.

Meh. I had set myself up to do 3 of them and I got one finished and didn't really care all that much for it. I mean, it's unique, I'll give it that, but it didn't really change the dumbness of the model like I'd hoped. It just made it longer... So, I only did one and only basecoated it. Now, it sits on my painting table collecting dust. If you *REALLY* want to see pics, I'll post 'em, but don't get your hopes up. It's not spectacular or brilliant at all. It's... an ugly centaur with guns.

I think they look great. Good job on taking a pretty boring pose and making three unique and characterful models.

Well, maybe, we all have our own image of the Eldar. The pose is still not dis-similar to that of one of the old Executioner class assassin driods, and I am old-school RT era, so...

Have a quick look at this thread.
I think they are awesome models.
My final decision is to make a Wraith Horde codex army as part of my larger Altansar Apocalypse army and use Wraithlords and Wraithguard with the little guys as Warlocks.
