How does it work when the PBS uses soulstorm while in a chimera. Say there are 9 Psykers in the unit? And they wish to use soulstorm while in a chimera using the firing points. Is the Str of the attack 5 (as this is the fire point limit on a chimera) or 9 (since its only resolved as 1 shooting attack)

9, because it is only 1 shooting attack that has a Strength = to # in unit

Ya that's what i thought, just wanted to make sure.

Can they actually use it though? According to the Chimera's rules:
"Five models can FIRE from the Chimera's....."

Fire normally means fire a weapon not a psychic attack

You may fire or make a psychic shooting attack from a fire-point.

Also, the reason would more likely be that the squad uses only one sanctioned psyker for range and LOS.
