I think that it is awesome!

Very well done, and the scenic elements of the base complete it nicely!

I think he's talking about the girl on the side of the cockpit. O.o

From those that would not heed we offer praise to those who do, that they might turn their gaze our way and gift us with the Boon of Pain, to turn the Galaxy red with the blood, and feed the hunger of the Gods."

I'd weather over the pin-up a bit. She looks glossy and out of place. Other than that.. ++

Thanks

As far as the inside goes, it's not painted at all and the doors are sealed shut. I got lazy If I ever get a 3rd I will probably build it as a vendetta and have the doors all open with the gunners inside and stuff. Not on the list right now though.

I was debating weather or not to do more weathering. I have some powders I want to try out, but I don't really want the rusted out look for these.

The way I did the decals was I put them on and then sprayed testors flat varnish all over, then I used fine sandpaper to wear away some of the decals. They still ended up looking really bright. So I dunno, maybe I'll try some poweders over them? or maybe just for my next one I'll do the decals and varnish first, then wash it with my black wash? I was just afraid the wash wouldn't stick to the varnish the same way it stuck to the paint.

Queen of Hearts! Sorry my screen resolution is terrible.

I actually like it the way it is, to be honest. Nose-art was one of the things crews would take special care of since it not only built morale but also represented the soul of the aircraft for some of the more superstitious aviators. Even in times of war and a quick turnaround before the next sortie, the ground crew would often take the time to wash off the nose-art and keep her looking her best.

But it is, of course, totally up to you.
