Check out the Litko Aerosystems site here to see their new plywood horde trays.

Also, go for the horde trays, stay awhile for their Gothic line of game tokens.

Not a fan of the movement trays for skirmishers. Tried a few a while ago and quickly found I wanted to move differently than the trays allowed 90% of the time.

On the other hand, the counters seem very cool.

I am glad I clicked on the link. At first I thought what a waste and who would use them, but they could definitely safe time when skirmishers are in the open. However, their use diminishes the moment you want to start strategically placing your models.

ahhh damn it - round bases, thinking it was for WFB

2014 will be the year of zero GW purchases. Kneadite instead of GS, no paints or models. 2014 will be the year I finally make the move to military models and away from miniature games.

Hey those will go great with some Space Corridors and Industrial Tower systems.

Certainly, but for moving large volumes of troops quickly they're pretty handy. Incidentally, Litko's been making skirmish trays for square bases for quite a while now.

I built some for my Tyranids years ago. As movement trays they were so-so. As *deployment* trays, they were pretty good.

I like the idea but I don't really see the practicality. Now if someone made these at perfect 2" coherency 5 fig blocks then they might be very worthwhile.

2012- stopped caring
Nova Open 2011- Orks 8th Seed---(I see a trend)

Yep- these really need to be spaced out further. Maybe a set of these close ones and a set of spaced ones would work, but the 2" ones would still be used 75% of the time or more, if you're really a horde player.

Infinity: Way, way better than 40K and more affordable to boot!

Oh please! What use are these going to be for Space Hulk??? Complete waste of time and money if you ask me.

Does Likto make anything that would be good for Space Hulk though?

I was just thinking that it'd be nice if there was something from litko that might work for space hulk. Then I remembered this thread from a few months back.

I'm really sorry but I've got a question that's completely off topic here. I've looked all over, and used the search function and everything, but I just can't seem to find me an answer.

Where can I found some Space Corridors for the new Space Hulk system?

Probably from the same place that produces Industrial Towers: Litko Aerosystems.

Alex, you would feel so much better with some high-quality, low-price Space Corridors.

I think a company calle dLitko makes them, try Google.

Those tokens are really neat. Much better than the GW ones. (but I never seem to bother using those anyway)

Yes but does GW satisfy the burgeoning need for Space Corridors and even if they did what about industrial towers?

My vehicle weapon destroyed markers came in today, along with the small red skull wound markers. I also ordered some of the invisible character figures, too for D&D. It's all neat and cool and I can't wait to use them.

Yup. The best part is that they'll make sets of customized tokens as well.

For the last couple of years I've exploring this idea for a double-blind board game (link) using some custom tokens with a radar blip on one side (like the radar blip tokens they sell), and either a unit or a blank on the other side (kind of like the original Space Hulk). It was really fun, but I couldn't budget the capital for a first edition print run.
