OK, so I am thinking of a new army, and for a while I was contemplating Brettonians, but they are seeming just a little too simple in their execution. I am drifting towards Wood Elves, since I love the models (most of em) and the story. I am contemplating a very mobile skirmisher force, with eagles, wardancers and warhawks for misdirection and CC, but mainly archers to try and whittle the enemy down. Let me know what you think.

Alter Kindred. Bow of Loren, Arcane Bodkin, Stone of Rebirth, light armor.

Any comments and critiques are most welcome. I have never played this army, so I kind of just picked what i thought might work for a disruption/irritation force.

15000 - Tyranids
4000 - Skaven
1500 - Dark Eldar
2500 - Daemons
1500 - Necrons

While I realize it may not fit your theme I like the deterrence that a treeman provides. I also feel that your 2 small units of wardancers might be rendered ineffective if they take more than 1 casualty before they get stuck in. Might try fielding them in units of atleast 8. Looks like it will be a fun list to play.
