Perhaps but i cant see many people having the time, materials or patience.

why not just make ur own race and make ur own rules for warhammer and use the army in some battles with ur friends?
I would love to come up with cool ideas

for example my friend had an TK army and he bought a bone dragon from some small online shop and then he mounted a tomb king on it and we made rules for it.
