Hypothetically if the locus rules had never been invented, how many points do you think these two should be worth?

Something to take into account first is whether you think the DoC book prices them correctly in the first place.

Considering how I think Heralds are underpriced, I think even without Locus abilities they would be 125pts. Just me though.

I think they did the Herald of Khorne first, figured that must be right and then balanced the rest against it in points?

If the Herald of Khorne should be more like 130, does that mean the HoS should be more like 120?
