Are GW going to release a Chaos Dwarf's book again or not?

Best case scenario is late 2011. But don't hold your breath. I would bet they release Cathay before CD get a army book.

In the meantime, there's this lovely thing, currently legal for several of the Independent GTs in the Northeast US. Kevin Coleman has primary writing credit, and GW has published a couple of his army lists in White Dwarf in the past- including Dark Elf cityguard, and Gnoblar armies.

Yes i have seen the gnoblar army list. My uncle found a bunch of old WDs in his attic one of which had the gnorblars in. Its characterful, funny, lots of inventive models and is quite good too. Using it my friends and i created a 1250pt list. Its really fun to play with and has even won a few games.
