Inspiration was taken from the Artist Keith Thompson's piece
http://www.keiththompsonart.com/pages/anthropophagus.html
He stuff is beautiful! Story is, after Kraken had been settled, many splinter fleets remained, including this one. It got its name as a ship was crashed into its main hive ship and burned out a hole. Then, a smaller ship flew in and 3 Inquisitors and their retinue made their way through the ship and destroyed the Swarm Lord and Norm Queen, in a sense, decapitating the fleet. But, This fleet is strange. It doesn't need a head on its shoulders, as each bug is smart enough to have a connection to the Hive mind no matter how small. Earning the name, Anthropophagus.
First, a tyranid Prime! He was the test dummy for the scheme and I liked how he turned out/ He also led me to being able to wet blend! Yeah! Next will be a Mawloc which is crashing out of the ground!

I love the artist you sited and your work looks promising, however the tyranid prime looks a little... boxy for some reason.
