I always thought it funny that you could have an all orc army led by a goblin character. I haven't seen anything preventing such situations, despite looking for it.

My son runs a massive phalanx of night goblins with a deathstar of black orcs (with warboss and standard bearer) at its core. It keeps a good chunk of the scum in line morale-wise. It tends to beat my lizards up badly. I need to polish up my tactics.
