Has anyone who has used them had thier goods?

I placed an order last week and got a confermation email, a goods dispatched on wednesday. I tryed to call them and got some other person.

And nothing. tho I got a package from the US on saturday,

I've placed a couple of orders with them with no issues.

I the phone number thiers?

I've placed one order with them, no problems and the delivery was pretty quick. Can't comment on the phone number though as I never had to use it.

I've placed about 12 orders throught out the last two years and only had one problem which they fixed, until recently.
I placed an order last month and received it a few weeks later only to find some of the wrong bits.
I ordered Laurels from the Greatswords and a Multimelta, but got helmets and a plasma cannon.
I've sent 2 e-mails to them but they woun't respond.
My suggestion is if you order from them do it with paypal so you can file complaints easier.

I ordered a twin linked Assault cannon

I had bitz missing with them and they ignored all attempts to contact them.

If my stuff dont arrive im going to get the office of fair traiding involved.

How did you pay?

If it was with a credit card then you are fully insured. Call your card company and tell them what has happened, they will require you to give the company a reasonable amount of time to deliver (this is usualy 28 days) after this time they will refund your money and go after the company themselves. If the goods do turn up then the best thing to do is NOT sign for them. If you sign for/ accept them the company will have a vallid argument that you have accepted thier goods, not good if the parts are wrong, as your card company will accept this as the company fulfilling their duties (delivering the goods) and take the money from your account. Then you will have to go through the trouble of sending bits back and so on.

I have placed about 6 orders with them over the past few months. Every order has had at least one mistake, except one order. All mistakes were minor. 3 sets of legs A, instead of 3 sets of B, a couple missing bits, a missile launcher instead of a flamer. All little irritations, sloppy efforts on their part. What really got me, is the utter lack of respect they show their customers. I sent email after email, ranging from "Just to let you know" to "are you riding the short bus?" any no response. I called them- no answer. Voice mail-no response. Then one day I placed an order and my payment had glitched somehow--sure enough I got an immediate email asking if I could please redo my order. Of course I took advantage of this new email address to voice my concerns and demand my issues be resolved. The gentleman, Mark Howard, had this to say:

"Sorry to hear we haven't addressed your problems, sometimes our spam filter deletes emails without our knowledge.
I will resolve all your issues and include any missing parts we have in your current order and or refund anything we cant supply that we have missed."

That was a couple of months ago, and to my knowledge nothing has been done to compensate me in any way.

Unfortunately, I will still continue to use them because like it or not they are the best option for many people, myself included. Should another vendor appear though, I would jump ship and never look back.

Best of luck with your order though, I hope it works out. Interesting to hear of others who have had this same problem.

Debit Card I used.

In contrast, I recently had parts missing from a bitzbox.co.uk order. I only had to send them one email to get an apology and all the missing bitz shipped to me the next day.

I have had 3 good experiences with them so far, no complaints at all. All orders perfect and delivered rapidly.

I sent a few, and no responce

I've bought a few things from there in the past, all arrived extremely quickly with nothing missing.

Paul a friend has said if its not here by friday to give him a shout.

I ordered some DE bits a few weeks ago, and got them about a week and a half later.

Pretty standard for UK to US, so nothing was out of the ordinary.

This has been resolved.
I recently placed another order through them (a last chance thing). In the comments field I said "Please include 5 Greatswords Laurels and a multimelta missing from order XXXX." Today that order arrived with the missing bits inside!

I cant get hold of them by email or phone.

I've made two orders with them. First had no problems at all, second was missing one IG missile launcher arm. Whilst this is no real biggie I emailed them pointing this out anyway. Never got a reply but about a month later a parcel comes through my door containing the one missing arm. Must have cost them the value of the arm to post it by it self so I'm actually quite impressed. They do state on their website that emailing them is a bit hit and miss.

If you're really concerned about contacting him, bitsandkits is a very active user on the heresy online forum so you could try sending him a PM with your order details on there.

I've been ordering bits from them since they started. I've had the odd missing item, all of which were replaced (and even got an order I didn't make - that was weird), but no actual problems.

I tryed to call them, not one soul picked up. So monday Im going to send them a letter.

I've ordered from them once, and got my stuff as normal, but they don't respond to email enquiries which has put me off. I'll stick with bitzbox- excellent service and only a tad more pricy

Yeah, I use bitzbox and have recently also used these guys with success.

They cant be all that active if this thread has been going for two weeks without them noticing it... if i were in a company and saw something that looked like my company name in the subject i'd be in there in a flash.

OP: How many days has it been since you placed the order?
Find out from your fair trading office how long you have to wait for delivery before you can file a complaint, someone suggested earlier that it might be 28 days, which from my experience is 28 Business days, so 5.3 weeks.
