Longer than it takes you to find the caps lock button?

I'd say about two weeks turn-around, provided customs isn't being douchey and Royal Mail isn't on strike.

And just for future reference: Apparently they HAVE canned using Royal Mail, period. The Inquisitor Lok/Rex and replacement side armor for the Chimera I got in the mail today were postmarked Sweden and a private courier company located there.

Yeah I also heard that they've stopped using Royal Fail, but with customs and airmail it will still take a couple of weeks though.

I mean, I'd heard they'd stopped using Royal Mail last year. But this was the first real confirmation of it.

I've only ever placed one Forge World order,it took a little over two weeks to arive & everything was there,no problems.

Yep. FW fail at that a lot, too.

When it comes to customs though, hope it isn't a large piece with room for cavities inside (like a Reaver).

When they scan it (if it happens) and it reveals them (as it will), Aust. Customs are REQUIRED by law to drill them to ensure they are not being used to conceal "naughty" stuff (like drugs. Yeah, I know. Using FW to conceal smack or coke is like using gold to smuggle tin). They are NOT required to recompense you for any damage caused.

To Oz, it varies between three days and 18 months depending on what it is and how much you spend.

Then you have issues with miscast/missing bits ( a mate is still waiting on the hip section for his eldar revenant titan and it's going on two years now.).
