that is a list with a lot of high armour models. It will do a lot of damage if used right. The only thing I think is a shame is that butchers full throttle does not really benefit from a list like this. You can get away with it however...

yea im trying for a t2 list for p butcher... its mean cheaper shocktroopers and first turn + 2" movement to shocktroopers

Mmmm, don't know anything of the tiers (play mainly cryx and they have no book yet) but if theirs make things cheaper then I am going to start a tier cryx army

the fact a tier 2 army can be made within 15 ppoints does surprise me, as I thought tiers where set up to be played in larger forces... ah well...

Try fielding the MoW Bombadiers instead of going for the 2 units of shocktroopers. This will give you a ranged threat.

Well a lot of the tier one list requirements in Cygnar book can be filled with limiting the fig selection to the ones in the theme.
