I'm having trouble with a particularly nasty 1500pt list.

Exalted hero on juggernaut with rending sword collar of khorne
Tzeenetch sorcerer on chaos steed
9 Chaos Knights Mark of khorne 2 hand weapons
4x10 marauder Mark of nurgle shield flail
20 chaos warhounds

Thats basically his army it can change a bit

Any ideas?

this is my list and I stomp Kragura Quite often. I do not mind facing pure cheese.

Knights cannot have 2x hand weapon...
Assuming those are knights and not warriors with 2x hand weapon

The guy with the bow that ignores armor saves and multiple shots can be quite good vs chaos.
Espically if you bait the jugg out of the unit he is in.

The great weapon wielding alterkin will kill anything in the army besides the knight/jugg with ease (remember he has to charge).

Shooting will violate the marauders.

The only real problem is killing those knights. Wardancers can do it if they charge with killing blow. But its not to easy to acomplish
A treeman can do it in a pinch (careful though, they are magic str 5 attacks. Alternitavally you can lead them around on the path to nowhere with glade riders all game and flank with wild riders.

Wood Elves don't have any unit that can stop a unit of Chaos Knights. The best you can do against this army is shooting the Marauders and Warhounds and redirecting the big Chaos Knight unit around.

I think I mostly agree with this, though I'd feel alright with a treeman in the flank of a knight unit. Killing blow wardancers in a pinch might do okay on the flank as well. But no, I can't think of anything that should engage them to the front or even rear...

I wasn't impressed with the no-armor-save machine-gun bow combo, but against knights and other high cost models, I can see that being a little more valuable. If you can use your maneuverability kill the light stuff and ignore/redirect/bait into forest the hard stuff like knights.
