Subject: Chaos Lord on Demo-Horse Modeling Question
I'm wondering, how do people paint the tentacle + shield arm separate and then get it to stay attached afterward? Do you insert a nice small pin in there, or do some GS + glue combo, or does the nature of the joint actually hold the two pieces together? I'm about to prime mine separately but it's almost more important to me that the model stays together than that I can fully paint the covered bits (which I would like to be able to do as well) ... I'm just doubting that two primed & painted pieces are going to stay attached on that little join area.

Did a commision job for a mate with this, i primed the parts seperatly, painted it up, then scraped the primer off the parts to be glued, stuck a pin in it,and super glued in in, as far as i know it hasnt come off yet
