Slaan Sorc is kinda weak. Even assuming he's going to ride in a Rhino with one of the Noise Marine Squads, he doesn't have the durability that a Daemon Prince would.
Daemon Prince, MoS, Lash = 135 points vs 130.

8 Noise Marine squads x 3 seems an awful waste, especially when paying the points for an Aspiring Champ for a simple template weapon.
1 x 8-man Squad with the Champ and Siren makes sense, as does the 6 man Sonic Weapon Squad (which I would bump up to 8 men with saved points).
A Squad of 10 Chaos Space Marines with Icon of Slaanesh and a couple of Meltas would run you 190 points vs 220, and can be equipped with Lascannons or Missile Launchers as well.

Double Vindi's with Possession are solid and a viable threat.

I would drop the 10 lesser deamons in favor of a pair of Oblits or a Defiler.

Nah I dont like princes as they draw too much fire and disappear turn 1-2

I want my lash ability alive for longer, sorc is strong with squads protection and can use power from inside rhino

Doom siren is S5 AP3 it demolishes infantry I love them plus this is a themed army and I have no meltaguns to spare

Im not a fan of normal marines as they are not fearless and I dont like seeing chaos marines fleeing the battle field as IMHO all chaos marines should be fearless, 10000 years of perfecting warfare should make all marines fearless

I would only consider them with chaos glory but then they lose their I5

I've never had my DP disappear in turn 1 or 2.....ever.
I used to be a big fan of Sorcs in Rhinos. My list used to include 1 DP and 1 Sorc. The DP would end up tearing things apart (protected by not being able to be shot at while in close combat). In the meantime, the Sorc's Rhino would get wrecked or explode by a volley of shots, and the Sorc and his crew would end up dead to shooty fire before they could ever get into Lash range.

To each his own. You might have great success with this list. Only trial and error will tell.

I tested a 1000 points variant of this list, both vindicators and the sorc rhino were blown up in the first turn (before i could even move by deffkopta spam)and I still drew (annihilate) due to my sorcerer abusing the opponent(mixed orks) with lash combined with my blastmaster and doom sirens as well as fists. Oh yeah and my sorcerer killed his warboss with force weapon attack haha.

Oh btw at my local GW there are about 18 space marine, Dark angels, Blood angels players, 2 orks, 1 dark eldar, 2 eldar and 1 imperial guard

So my doom sirens are very painful
