Yeah, but the Long Fangs are special, and this only applies to that one unit which
- requires a Veteran Sergeant,
- pays full Devastator prices for their weapons, *and*
- is fixed unit size (5 models, no fodder).

So if you want this for Tactical Squads:
- require Veteran Sergeant
- pay full Devastator prices for weapons
- require full 10-man Tactical squad
- can NOT split into Combat Squads, as you're gaining the same benefit by splitting fire
