After being back from a bit of vacation, still nothing in the mail?

My experience with Godsized started on 2012/01/15, we agreed in some days and a lot of pm's that we would trade the following:

My part:

A Cryx Battlegroup NIB(+some cryx bitz)

His part:
Imperial Guard Cadian Command Squad NOS
1x Imperial Guard Cadian Shock Troops NOS
1x Imperial Guard Cadian Shock Troops NOS
Total Value: $83,00

We agreed to ship out our parcels on the next day, monday the 23th.

I sended him his Tracking code from TNT, after i asked for his code 2 times.

The next following days i sended him requests if he already shipped out and asked for his tracking code, no respond but a week later i got a short PM with the following:

''Sorry. I have been working pretty non stop. Il get your tracking number when I return home from work.''

6 days after that PM i pm'd him:

''Week later and still no tracking number, what are you up to? seeing you are constantly online and not replying to my pm's''

And then i got a PM of him asking if i got the tracking code, i replied with no and i still dont have it and that was the last i heard from him.

2 months later he is painting the Cryx models and i'm still waiting for the IG's to come over in the mail.

He ceased communicating as soon as the paypal payments went through and hasn't removed the ordered items from the swap shop thread, which should have been a bit of a hint.
