I recently dealt with Navin / Paintedfigs.com and figured that I'd post about my experience.

I was looking to get two Malifaux crews painted (one Outcast made up of mainly Friekorp with some other Outcast characters and also a Rezzer Masters of the Path box with an extra figure or two with them). I sent an email to Navin telling him what I wanted to get done and we talked pricing and paint quality levels. We went with their Showcase quality for the figures. We can debate quality vs value vs price vs doing it yourself all day long, but I'd rather not.

They actually look better in person and I'm happy to have them on the table. Somehow an extra non-Malifaux figure accidentally got packed on my end when I shipped them and they painted it at no charge to me. It actually fits in pretty well with the rest of the army that it goes with.

My timeline went like this. We talked during July 2014 and worked out all of the particulars. I sent my figs to them on August 1 and got them back on October 14. The turnaround time was a bit longer than we had discussed, but I was not in a hurry to get them back and that time includes them going from here to Sri Lanka and then back so I'm ok with it and know what to expect next time.

Next time? Yes, I'll use paintedfigs.com again and can definitely say that I had a good experience.
