This site has been incredibly helpful for writing lists and just learning more in general about what I can play. Thank you very much.

Changed the downgrade to -30/-25, but something is wrong with the 2nd vs 3rd option. I believe the 2nd option should have the (2.) symbol next to it otherwise there is nothing stopping Lehr from taking it and saving 25 points per patrol. It's odd though that option 1 wouldn't be 'per patrol' for Lehr also. I queried Wayne about it.

Was mis-reading it the other night. The other divisions can only swap one patrol for the 234/1 while Lehr can swap any or all for those points (per patrol). It's working correctly.

Only thing I don't like is that the lists no longer save as a regular PDF. Now they save as an .aspx file or something like that and it makes it impossible for my phone to read it. Before I could upload it straight to my phones PDF reader and it worked flawlessly.

Literally my only complaint though. I can still use the list builders and email it to myself, it was just nice to save it to the PDF section and not clog my email up.

I believe you are trying to save the 'page' instead of the pdf content. My android phone automatically saves it to my download directory when I click the 'PDF' button. If the PDF opens in a browser window, there is usually a pdf 'save/print/etc' window that appears (separate from the browser 'save'). If you email me which phone and browser you're using, I can help you out: gregg [at] easyarmy.com

Not sure if you already know about it, but the 6th Airborne Armoured Recce list you've got doesn't match up to the PDF link provided for it; the PDF was updated in June and I don't know if there's another revised version you're using, or if you're using an older version.

Sort of; the 6th Airlanding ARR doesn't have as many support options as the generic Airborne ARR, with 6th being unable to take 25pdrs or any infantry platoons that aren't Paras or Airlanding. The costs for most things are the same, but there are still differences in what you can take.

If you check the overlord book (pg30) you'll see it's the 6th AAR - I think it was the only one

Not owning the Overlord book, I have to rely on EasyArmy; the 6th AARR PDF from battlefront conflicts with the seemingly generic (no numbering) AARR listed on EasyArmy as being from Overlord (with the HQ options listed as being found on Page 33). Since the PDF is still up and was only revised on the 4th of June (only one or two days prior to Overlord's release IIRC), I'm led to believe that they're purposefully two separate lists that share similarities.

EDIT: The pdf: http://www.flamesofwar.com/Portals/0/Documents/Briefings/Airborne-Armoured-Recce-Squadron.pdf

Note the complete lack of any artillery support, AOPs, and Support Rifles from the 15th, 50th, 51st, and C3rd that the Overlord list has, as well as lacking the choice between 6th and C3rd paras.

Fair enough.

It doesn't, however, negate the original issue I had; the AARR PDF army is still different from the Easy Army constructor. AFAIK someone can still choose to use the PDF instead of Overlord, but using the list builder will provide them with inaccurate information, or it may be easier to post up something saying that the PDF list is now in Overlord, and linking to the Overlord AARR list builder.

Gregg,
I don't even know if this message will go to a mailbox that is checked. I love what you are doing, and I know the amount of work that goes into supplying it for us. I really only have one thing on my wishlist:
When printing lists, can you make the special rules disappear unless I've selected an option to which that special rule applies? For example, I am running Grenadiers out of Grey Wolf, and I get the special rules for upgrading a platoon to Pioneers and Windgrubber even though I haven't selected either option in my list. It seems like a negative to me in that it both takes up space on the printed page and is something that I need to explain to my opponent that I DON'T have.
Thank you again for a great product.

Avatar 720: Since the link from the BF Briefings page has been removed (even though they left the PDF on their server), that PDF would no longer accurate (the one on EasyArmy was not updated to the June 4 version since I knew Overlord had it). I will double-check with Wayne about it though.

It does bring up a point about older PDF's though, especially when they move them into books that some players don't have. Should I remove them completely or leave them on the site and just change the "Description" to "Now in XX"?

Anpu-adon: I did receive his message (or another he sent me) and responded directly. For Grenadiers, I changed the rule to just regular text because you choose during list-building whether to upgrade to Pioneers. For Windgrubber and others, the rules are not tied to an option, but to a platoon. Sometimes I create a separate 'block' for warriors, but in the case of Windgrubber he replaces the 2iC. If it was in a separate block (platoon), then the rule would say replace the 2iC, but the order of battle would still contain the 2iC. When it's in the same platoon, the 2iC line gets replaced. I will make a note to re-program the rules to tie certain one to specific options, but it will be a while (and I doubt I will have time to go back and change all the data for previous rules, but I would change specific ones if people pointed them out (book/page/platoon/option/rule).
