Late to the game, but my only complaint on the PSC 251s is the front wheel. The BF ones may have a chunky knub of metal to glue in, but at least they are repairable when they break. The PSC ones have a spindly plastic axle, and I think durability here should get a nod over realism.

So it would seem the IS2 will be out in time for salute, looks like a nice kit, glad to see its 5 included and also nice to see the tracks are not separate. Just taken its sweet time as i was expecting one of these with my battlegroup preorder months ago.
