I treat it as a Kustom Fortress. Fluff-wise it is so heavy, especially when laden with boyz that it can't actually fly, just sort of hover just over the groud with the roller touching.

Do you guys plan your plasticard conversions to any extent?

Because they all look soooo sweet! with nice boxes and shapes and everything. Whereas I tend to just think up some orky concept and get gluing

Favourite Game: When your Warboss on bike wrecks 3 vehicles simply by HoW - especially when his bike is a custom monowheel.

I like to have a very good idea of what the model will look like and it's size before I start. Otherwise they can end up to large in some dimension, and or I have tear them apart and rebuild. If I'm starting with found items or a model. I like to lay all the bigger parts out, and some times trace and sketch ideas. If it's from scratch I sketch first, then make orthographic drawings.

And to stay on topic.

Snakebite Warboss on his Hog.

Your warlord is Schweeeeeeet! and reminds me of a conversion I currently have in mind

I agree that I 'think out' my conversions, if I sketch, its simply concept sketches then I get to it. Although I do believe a little planning would improve my models greatly;

and also to stay on topic its time to share! Most of these are further progressed as I havent taken photos in a while.
