Am I not seeing the link to the KS? I would be really interested in this but am blind apparently.

It doesn't start until around the 20th this is just plenty of advance notice (given DKQ just launched)

Looks like they're starting this one the moment they finish shipping the current one. Hopefully my BS1 pledge arrives before this one finishes, since it seems like they're shipping the closer regions first.

I was really hoping that I would get a chance to get my first KS from them and test out the material prior to having to decide on the Fantasy. I really want the fantasy though based on the pictures, so I guess its time to mortgage the house.

Scifi should be all delivered by the time fantasy starts, or at least the lion's share. Certainly by the time fantasy is done.

Nope. August 20 is in 13 days. Even if they sent all Australian sets today they wouldn't be here before the Fantasy one starts. Latest update from them is "should be late August".

Aww lame! I guess I skimmed over how long it would take to reach certain other countries when I was reading updates. Bummer.

But what about before the fantasy one ends a month later?

Yeah, the campaign wouldn't be like one day. Assuming a month ish, it should be plenty of time to receive the sci fi stuff and evaluate your happiness with it.

Speaking of which, I super duper cannot wait to get my pledge!

Was in on the last one and backed out.

This, however. This may be what gets me to finally finish writing an IKRPG campaign. What were the pledge levels like for table coverage in the last one?

No wargames these days, more DM/Painting.

I paint things occasionally. Some things you may even like!

Yeah, it should be here before the fantasy one ends, barring any fuckups. Of course, with the timing all this tight I won't have a chance to do much with them besides look at the sheets. I just wish some of these guys would give us a bit more time between delivery and starting their next hands-out-for-cash projects - I'll "hopefully" have had mine in hand for up to 2 weeks before they want more money. Not that these guys are the worst or unique in that sense...

Prices should be similar the floor tiles are 8 inches by 8 inches (1 inch squares) so the 9 tiles 3x3 of Stronghold for £78 covered 2 foot by 2 foot with added levels above (Stronghold x2, covered 4x4), Hulk £78 also, was single level with 12 tiles so 2 foot by 3 foot and is probably closer to the Fantasy set up as it will be single level with extra levels being add ons. Extra floor tiles could be bought as well.

In the end I went for Stronghold plus an extra floor tile pack as I wanted to add the clean and infected walls.

The price this time will include the UK shipping as alot of people forgot to add it, Non UK/RoW will just pay the extra part of the shipping.

Yes everything in the video is made from one "Stronghold" £78 set. By the end Colin is just fitting stuff all over the place to use up the parts and he still doesn't get through them all.

EDIT: Wayne has confirmed that the Stronghold (multi level) pledge level will be called the Dungeon in the Fantasy KS - still scheduled for the 20th.

Excited, though with reservation. I think the wife spent $200 on my Stronghold+addons, and then I dumped another $100 on it via backerkit. I know for fantasy I'll 'want all the things', but I'll have to be careful what I choose.

Stuff is gonna be perfect for Dungeon Sagas.

Watching the video... I thought the floors tied in somehow, kind of cool that it doesn't, because that means my deadzone mats will integrate flawlessly

Automatically Appended Next Post:
Ooh, the fantasy upper level floors are nice, combo wood/stone gantries

Video makes me feel good about the coverage I should be getting with my stronghold plus extras!

Adrift within the vortex of my imagination.

I wouldnt even bother trying to make crates, chests and barrels, there are plenty of resin manufacturers making them at low prices, and the ones in the OP look crap.

Stick to the quality stuff, stick to the actual terrain.

I am not normally into cardstock, but this looks very neat, temptingly so.

n'oublie jamais - It appears I now have to highlight this again.

This looks like some pretty amazing stuff. Just finished watching the Youtube video, and I love what I'm seeing. Glad I saw this thread, money is tight right now and I did have my money in Mantic's Dungeon Saga KS, but I might just drop my pledge in favor of picking up a set or two of these, as I already play Song of Blades and Heroes and this terrain would be a godsend for dungeon crawls.

Have some good recommendations for resin dungeon accessories? Dwarven Forge has their luxury premium ones, and certainly the Hirst Arts do-it-yourself approach is always an option, but what are some good ones you've found?

Wow, this looks really impressive, sad that I missed the scifi kickstarter, might have to go into this one even though I have no immediate use for it.

That's really looking fething good. Slottable torches or other doodads add even more life to it. I was thinking I'd go "light" and only get 2 "strongholds" and some addons this time. Not sure If I'll be able to hold to that...

Without stretchgoals! Their other ks added like a hundred more things to the set.

So looking forward to this.

I think what the picture is meant to tell us that this is how the "standard" product will look like, and I am sure that with stretch goals, it will be added to become a lot larger. I really like the look of this one. This KS is going to hit big.

I'm pretty sure one Dungeon is all I'll be able to afford (if I'm careful), but it's pretty damn nice! Two would be sublime, four would be ridiculously cool but I don't play enough D&D (read that none in years, sadly) to justify such a spread. One may do, I might expand it with some green grass board separating dungeon areas, or maybe some natural caves.

You could use these to build fortresses or keeps to your standard fantasy wargame, too. While it's obviously made for "in-door scenarios" I see lots of uses for it even for outdoors terrain as well.

The Scifi set had a bunker walls add-on that made the outside walls into a sheerer surface, kind of a concrete slab look, with a few doors and some teeny windows. No reason we couldn't have that here.

I've read reviews of Terraclips, so does anyone on this thread own them and have any opinions? I know TC is cardboard, and the clips require additional cost, and you can't put stuff together on the fly because of the clips.
