These are looking soooo good.

I love 'not green' greenskins, and the albino idea is fab.

Also the brown/rust palette is so right for the orks. Cant wait to see more.

Not much done this weekend on the Orks. Worked a bit on the Mek Guns. Again I'll try to get pic tonight.

Worked on Getting the SW's finished. 10 Grey hunters and an addiitonal Storm Wolf. Unfortunitly I cannot remember all the little details on the one I finished ( in YB hands now ) so I'll go get it from YB and hopefully finish it tonight or tomorrow. Then Back to Orks.

Finished the SW last night. Back to Orks.
Here is the 2 Mek guns I started on . They are very Much a WIP. Still missing some details, an Oil wash and dry brushing. They are currently sporting the 'Tracktor' Cannon variant. The other versions are magnitized so I can do all 4 versions. The Camera phone isn't really showing the ' Tracktor' very well. They look more ' Glowing' in Real life.

Looking good SL. Have a unit of mek guns for my game tonight... we'll see how they do. Of course mine are strictly the old-school figs. Tiny in comparison.

For the points they are rarely disappointing.

I have tomorrow off, as I have no furnace. So while the technicians are working on racking up the labor costs, I'll see about spending time in my heated shop.

Still have to come in to Play YB and the dreaded SW's.

This time I'm going for a more mek Army.
Deff dread. 2 units of Kans, Squads of 20 shoota boys. Mega nobs in BW, Warboss. 6 War bikes, Warphead and Dakka jet. Sure to face TW cav. again.

You're right about that. Grot artillery really threw it's weight around tonight. I am pleased.

2nd Game using Orks complete. This time for the win. The list seemed to work well as the Kans and MegaNobs formed a big mob that took on the TW cav. Over all I think this is a tough codex to win with but a great army to have fun with. I love'd all the Kans and Deff Dread lumbering down the center of the table. So animated.

I took lots of Pic but it'll take me some time to put them together. Another weekend... Thus some more work on the Ork Inf. while I wait for my bit's orders.

Necron codex comes out today so I'll have to see what I must get built to make my tourney Army viable again.

No progress this weekend due to illness. All I managed to do was pull out some Necron tomb Blades to see If I have enough to make a viable list. Back to bed.

Sorry to hear that you're ailing brother, but I am pleased that you had success with your orks. Indeed... they are great fun!

Thanks for the well wishes.. Feeling better. At Least well enough to return to work. I'm working thru the Ork Inf. so not much to see untill I get a sizeable amout to show.

However tonight a 1850 pt game with a local player. I won't be breaking out my Orks thou as I suspect this person is a bit more competitive than the normal player I game with. So I'll be trying out the new Necron codex. ( for which I have about 90% of the models I need to make the new codex formations ) I suspect to face his CSM / Demon Army.

Game was amazing. We'll for me that is. I tabled a IG army in 4 turns. Still learning the new Necron codex but it seems to work. My dice were hot and his was pretty poor so there is some reasoning behind my win. But was impressed that I manages to take so little losses against an all Mech. Guard army.

Still working on the Ork inf. Got a lot more faces done ( I consider the hard part ) I'm looking forward to taking on one of the Naughts soon!

Took a break from painting all the Inf. and worked on getting a Ork truck finished. Almost finished except for the passenger gunner.

If it warms up I'll try and get him finished so I can take a Pic.

Thanks RiTides. I'll bring a finished Inf fig. but not planning to bringing the army as they are too unfinished at this time.

Managed to do some painting this weekend. Got a Truck done. All that is left is the gunner. Pic came out a bit brighter that real life.

The 3 remaining Grotzooka's came in so I can start magnitizing them and work can begin on finishing up the Kan wall.

I really like the white front as it is kind of the "face" of the trukk. Nicely done my friend. I'm very cranked up about the way this army is going. It'll be fantastic on the battle field!

The truck is looking nice and rusty Solar.

Thanks, I'll probably wait to do any more Orky stuff till after Adepticon. I'll be bringing the camera and taking tons of pics of all the displays and 40K goodness. Usually Ice starts our team blog, but not doing a team this year I'll look at starting a traditional Warders blog when I return.

Hopefully the Wardens will be able to re-group next year!

This summer I should come up some weekend and do a big Ork vs. Ork battle for who's gonna be da big boss on dis here planet!

If you two do that, you better make a great bat rep.

No powders. The amount one would need to do all these would be too expensive.. all paint,
