I was replying to your shooting not being very good which is just not true.
You mixed together that and what I said about Cygna like they were the same thing for some reason

No, I said it wasn't as good as in comparison to melee. Which itself was in response to your assertion that shooting is somehow overpowering and dominating the game, which is patently not true.

And as for my assertion regarding Cygnar in tournaments, here's the results of the Iron Gauntlet and various Masters for the past few years:

Yeah its always one of the original 4 Warmachine factions with Circle and sometimes Skorne sprinkled in its been that way for a while.
I'm just saying shooting is relevant and that I hate playing against Cygnar because they are so shooting heavy thats it.

I like playing Cygnar/playing against Cygnar because Cygnar can't play the football-game line-up-and-run-forward game inexperienced and unimaginative players tend to pull so it turns into an actual game of fire and manoeuvre instead of "I got the charge! I win!". I'm not saying other factions are boring/can't break the mould but Cygnar is forced by the nature of their stuff to break the mould and the game becomes more interesting as a result.

I don't think any faction really breaks the mold, I just think some factions are more myopic than others.
I think break the mold stuff mostly happens with new releases.

She has a spell called Occult Whispers.
Its a self spell that makes all magic attacks in her control area gain an additional die on attack rolls.
Thats all we know right now. Aside from her buddies almost certainly being pow12ish reach weapon masters with berserk and having spell ward.

When they say magic attacks they mean spells. So she would greatly help all the greylord stuff that khador has.

Prime MKII or MKI? Cause that could highly effect the amount of reading
Besides, everyone knows that Karchev is going to die in an epic rage quake that allows Strakov to escape and cripples the Cryx war production on the mainland.*

Haha it would have to be MkII as I was a little late to the party. I'm pretty sure it had just been released when it was first introduced to me as everyone kept comparing it to MkI.
I'll just go ahead and assume Cryx had already started to win in MkI!

To read the full story would you have to go back to MkI? I like games where the fluff isn't stagnant but coming in late to them has its downsides...

Basically yes. The fluff has been more or less continuous since Mk1, although each faction book will have general fluff about the faction and a brief summation of recent history.
You can get all the Mk1 books on PPs digital app for a couple bucks each.

A good book for general fluff is Kings Nations and Gods. Its one of the expansion books for the IKRPG, but its about 80% fluff about the various human nations, their origins, their prehistory, their geography, their political history, and what's currently going on And its full of full color illustrations.

Okay cool thanks, might see if I can find it on eBay. Was the fluff from Prime and Primal MkI redone in MkII? Or were they a continuation of all the MkI stuff? Because you can only get the MkI expansions, not the core books.

You should be able to get the core books on their app. I know people who have them.
The fluff is a continuation.

I just checked. They only have Apotheosis, Escalation, Superiority and Legends for MkI Warmachine, and Evolution and Metamorphasis for MkI Hordes. :/

So they seem to be missing Prime and Remix? All in all, not huge losses. I've found them various places for like $3-5 used.
They may unify the story at some point, but it'd be a hefty tome. Jumping in with the MKII books means you are missing some backstory, but not enough to damage the story you're reading.

I've also heard rumours about eZerkova having a Kreoss3/eVayl feat. No idea how legit they are, but if that's the case, it makes that spell of hers just money

There's not a lot of really new fluff in any of the Primes. They're all almost entirely devoted to summing up what the factions are about, why they exist, and who's blowing up who for what reasons.

Zerkova's runes in the cover say that she is casting "Spellpiercer": While within this model's control area, Friendly Faction model/unit gain Magical Weapons and Blessed. Spellpiercer lasts for 1 round. (When making an attack with a weapon with Blessed, ignore spell effects that add to a model's ARM or DEF.)
