Got a quick update, I've bought a few more chimera and two lemans russes and another basilisk, they are sadly second hand so I will be cleaning them up and getting them ready for table top, I've also bought more Deamons second hand again and are rebasing them so there will be a squad by squad update once I've started to rebase them, sadly I've yet to receive my order of warzone guys so hopefully when they come along I'll post a few pictures of them to, happy gaming guys

I am proud to announce that I now have on my list of to build some 300 plague zombies (need less to say a lot of general nurgleness is going on) so once I have started the first 50 man unit I shall update after every units completion and this time I have a dead line in mind is as always happy gaming guys

Another ten done sadly the camera on my phone has stopped working and is being fixed, and on top of that the glue I'm using has now run out so for the next few days I will be unable to post images of any models

Good news camera is fixed, glue has been bought and tonight I shall be building up this ungodly horde of plague ridden corpses for nurgle!

Wow man. This is just incredible to see. You have to have over 600 infantry models alone!

I can't wait to see how this army progresses. One word of warning, I know how easy it is to fall into the plasic crack addition. I have 8k of nids sitting on my desk asking me why they are all still bare plastic.

Not to hijack the thread, but I was planning on starting a blog in September for my nid army with the goal of painting at least one unit a month. I've been looking for people to join in an get their plastic crack painted as a way to motivate each other to make progress. You seem like a perfect candidate for getting over your grey swarm. Would you be interested in signing on? Maybe you could start putting a dent in those 300 troopers, haha.

Thanks And sadly I have no idea there is a lot more stuff chaos marine wise I have and I've never really sat down to write how many points I have altogether but I would guess roughly 14-15,000pts give or take model wise over 600 normal militia models so mutants, zombies, miltia, etc, a fair amount of tanks about 14 of them about 40 plague marines, about 60 chaos marines, 30 terminators yet to be turned to chaos, about a dozen hqs named and normal 3 super heavies that's about it so far but there will be more on the way (soon to be warp cultists)

Well you should definitely make up a general list. I find that it helps me divide things and lay out a painting plan that I can (hopefully) follow. Plus it's always nice to be able to throw in when you're at your FLGS in the "who has the biggest army" competitions

I will hopefully try to make a list for painting soon it's just I need to get more models first before I batch paint them all and thank I will and thanks dude I've been toying with writing down a list of stuff to buy and then for it into a army list but I have to admit that's a lot of stuff now that I look at it and damn it is? How many points of nids do you have basic?

Actually I forgot how little upgrades I run on my swarm. I clock in just under 6000 base, with 354 models including 16 MCs. I am working on picking up a couple more elites and another flier, but I'm basically at my limit. Though maybe my family or SO will spoil me a bit and pick me up a titan one Christmas or birthday.

Haha don't buy one buy two and run the unending horde And thanks again dude I'm just waiting on my three friends (two of them are selling more men and tanks to me, and the other has offered to start spraying them all red so I can atleast begin batch painting, so hopefully I'll be done in a decade or two haha but i will try to get some of the painted deamons up soon ,but another update I have is that in about a month another 400 (yep I should stop buying so much stuff lol) of the warzone mutant chronicles miniatures will be bought and will take about a week or two to get here, for now I have another 40 blood letters and a storm raven box filled with chaos daemons and 10 forsaken to be getting on with, so hopefullly in about a day or two them along with skull taker will be finished

And MORE tanks and models?! You are on your own keeping track of your list. I've done enough counting for a while You can at least use the base lists to build off of. At least you have made some progress on the CD. Congrats for that. They are looking good. Do you have an example of your color scheme for the regular infantry?

Also, do you have any themes or plans for the army? I know one thing that motivates me to work on my stuff is to build up fluff and a background for it. I try to make every army I own heavily themed, converted, and with a backstory. It makes me care more when I sit down to paint. Though I stop short of naming every single model, haha.

Fair enough haha, yeah don't worry haha I've tallied up what I need to get so ill put that into a army list when I've bought them and thanks again for the list , sadly I don't have a painted example of my colour scheme yet because I have yet to buy some paints but tomorrow I shuts have some of the colours but it's a basic dull red colour (sort of a blood red but not to bright) with the bare heads having pale white skin, I do have background story but sadly it very long and I have yet to name the planets they come from, but they come from a sector in the eastern fringe which has been trapped in a warp storm since the hours heresy, so they sided with the war master but did very little, after becoming trapped in the warp storm they fell even deeper into the worship of the dark gods, the chaos cult grew through the whole of the trapped sectors world's, sadly although the world's are vast and filled with materials and other things needed for a war, they have small populations, due to this the trapped dark tech priests set about breeding soldiers (basic warzone guys) so sort of like urak hai from lord of the rings factory breed for war, and now the wrap storms begin to disappear and they launch there attack against the imperium (so it's kinda a dumb story but I kinda don't want to change the factory breeding as it gives a more explainable reason for horde of infantry) and yeah haha I won't name every single one

The story behind the army needs to be thought out more so I will be trying to perfect it but sadly due to getting a job I have very little time to update :/ but I shall try my best to update sorry for this
