I have one Eldar apoc army just doing my revenant now and own a finished scorpion grav tank.

Two. Word bearers all painted and converted and a traitor guard army un painted but mostly converted. However I haven't played 40K for a long time.

I have a lot of Tyranids but I don't have enough assembled and painted yet so voted 0.

None yet but the paints and brushes are in the mail, I have all the books I need already and model collecting will begin. I'm going to make an Ork army 2/3 of which will be Goffs because...well..boyz, boyz, boyz! with some toyz since they are brutal but kunnin. The other 1/3 will be Deathskulls with lots of toyz,toyz toyz! and some boyz to use it all since they are kunnin but brutal. Later on I hope to make a massive conversion called Da Looted City out of the Imperial game boards and scenery.

Four.

Space Marines: 3000 pts. A full battle company with a ton of additional assets.

Legio XIII: A 30k smurf army with a ton of Terminators, Land Raiders and soon Dreads.

Imperial Guard: I have a lot of armor for guard. They will serve as my 30k Imperial Army now.

Elfdar: Not a whole lot. 6 Jetbikes, 10 WG w/ D-scythes, Eldrad, 2 Wave Serpents, 10 Guardians and 15 Dire Avengers. I might buy some new Jetbikes, a WK and a couple Wave Serpents so I can have an opposing force for my 30k smurfs in case anyone wants to try out 30k. I'll probably adjust the rules to balance them against a HH list, though.

Painted and Tourney ready:
5,000 Drop Pod/Jump Pack Raven Guard
5,000 Non psyker Daemons of Tzeentch
3,000 Fortification based Iron Warriors
3,000 Mechanized Argent Shroud Sisters of Battle (currently the only army I'm working on adding to them and getting them past table top ready, target is 5,000 pts)
3,000 Gun Line Iron Hands (dev's, dreads, tacs, not the typical build by far)
2,000 Mech/Flyer/Raptor Night Lords
5,000 Thokt Dynasty TAC Necrons (though haven't really adapted them to new codex yet and will certainly look to not build the "in" power build)

2,500 Slaanesh Daemon army (old style metal Wych elves daemonettes and the like)
3,000 World Eater Daemonkin army (because it's fun and I have picked up a lot of Berserker kits over the years, with new chaos marine cc arms they don't look bad)
3,000 Black Legion (though when they get past the primer stage they'll be painted as Sons of Horus)
2,000 Howling Banshee based army that I amassed during 5ed, shelved since Banshee's were so terrible, now I'm thinking they might be fun with a bit of support)
3,000 Space Wolves army (kits amassed from trades and what not, all in the box, no vehicles as of yet)

I don't paint for commission anymore, and I no longer sell armies. Too expensive to replace for that day you wish you could dust them off. Currently looking for a house with a room above the garage to contain all my 40k/WHFB/FoW/Napoleonic/Epic stuff.

My wife thinks I have a problem, I've been telling her since 87' that she needs to mind her own damn business.

700 Space Marines (reserve this one to let my friends use if we're playing a game and they need some extra guys)

None of them are fully painted. Luckily my commission painting feeds my plastic addiction, but I never have time to finish my own stuff.
