It might want you to be logged into the PP forums? In any case it's just a link to Doug Seacats post history.
If you're not in the know Doug Seacat is PPs head writer/lore keeper and he is very active in the community. He directly answers questions and elaborates on points in the fluff. He's particularly great in the IKRPG forum, where he'll even answer questions specific to your campaign. His word is basically canon, and his community posts give out a lot of little details that are hard to pick up on the books.
